Description
It is already known to manufacture weft pile fabrics from two or more soil fabrics that are connected by non-interlocking weft pile threads. However, this method can only produce fabrics with a striped pile. In the case of using a significant amount of pile ducks, it is not possible to obtain a pile layer that evenly covers the surface. After cutting the fabric in the pile, visible ribs or scars are obtained, due to the fact that the distance of the main threads changes with the introduction of the pile weft threads. If we assume that after the weaving of the earth duck is interlaced, the distances between the individual main threads are the same, then after the first pile weft yarn is interlaced, these distances become unequal, since the not yet interwoven main threads are mutually pulled together and pressed because the main threads, between which the first pile thread passes, is moved apart. Since the places where the main yarns are most mutually removed, as well as the places where the yarns are most close together, are always the same in the fabric between the two ground weft yarns, it is obvious that the pile should

Таким способом имеетс в виду получить весьма равномерную ворсовую поверхность .have stripes, as is the case with reality. In order to avoid these drawbacks, i.e., to obtain a uniform pile layer in the manufacture of pile weft fabrics from two or more soil fabrics connected by intersecting pile weft yarns, it is proposed to bind the pile weft yarn following each weft of the front and backing fabric with such basic yarns that are not associated with the first pile weft yarn following the adjacent weft of uncoated fabric. The interlacing of the first pile ducks following the dirt ducks is mutually offset. The method of displacement may be different, since it is only essential that after each soil duck the weave does not always occur with the same main thread. It is advisable to weave the pile weft yarns in such a way that each subsequent weft thread passes under the main thread that is interlaced with the previous weft thread before the thread is pulled out to form a loop. In this way, it is intended to obtain a very uniform nap surface.
In FIG. Figure 1 depicts a cross section through a double fabric in which each pile weft thread passes between thirteen major filaments of a ground fabric; FIG. 2-circuit alternating ducks; FIG. A 3-section through a double fabric in which each pile weft thread passes between thirteen main yarns, the pile yarn being introduced in the form of beams; FIG. 4 shows a pattern of alternating wefts of this fabric.
As shown in FIG. 1, the main threads a of both soil fabrics are connected by weft threads b VI c. Both soil fabrics are interconnected by woven pile weft yarns d. FIG. 2 shows 17 main threads and between each two soil ducks /, //, ///, / K, V there are ten pile ducks. The first pile weft passes over the main thread /, under thread 2, above thread 3 and over thread 17. The pile weft 2 passes over main thread 3, under thread 4 and over thread 5. Each of the following weft threads is interwoven with such a main thread, which already intertwined with the previous weft thread, before the thread is pulled out to form a loop. After each ten pile wefts, a weft thread 7 / is introduced for each of the unpaved fabrics. The next pile duck then passes over the weft thread 5, under the thread b and over the thread 7. The first pile weft thread following the weft thread /// of the ground fabric passes over the main thread I under the thread JO, above the thread //, while the first the pile weft thread following the weft thread IV passes over the main thread 13, under the thread J4 and above the thread / 5. As can be directly seen, the junction points of the first pile ducks do not lie vertically one above the other, but diagonally. The largest distances between the main threads, due to the introduction of the first pile weft after the ground duck, are thus placed along different parts of the fabric. Bias offset is thus some kind of compensation. According to FIG. 3 main threads e of each dirt fabric are connected by weft yarn f to g- Between
Each pile weft thread passes between 73 main threads of each fabric. After every eight pile weft yarns, a weft thread is introduced into each soil fabric (Fig. 4). The first pile weft thread passes over the first main thread, under the second, above the third, passes over the next thirteen and re-enters the soil fabric over the seventeenth thread. The second weft thread passes over item 5, under the stitch and above the seventh main thread; the third weft thread passes over the ninth, under the tenth and the eleventh threads. A further connection of the weft yarns is shown in fig. 4. The second weft of the earth fabric is followed by a pile duck, passing over the third, under the fourth and above the fifth main thread. The third dirt weft is followed by a pile duck that passes over the ninth, under the tenth and above the eleventh main thread; a fourth duck follows a pile duck, passing over the eleventh, under the twelfth and the thirteenth main thread. The interlacing of the first pile ducks, following the unpaved I, L, I /, IV, V, are thus mutually shifted, as a result of which, as already explained, the greatest distance is not always between the same main yarns therefore, the first pile weft is not connected after each soil duck to the same main thread.
Both soil fabrics are mutually separated, according to a method already known, by means of a band knife, moving along the rollers and cutting pile tufts in the middle. Each of the parts obtained is then subjected to the necessary treatment, and extremely uniform nap surfaces are obtained.
For weft yarns, you can use any suitable material, such as cotton, wool, lye, flax, etc. For cotton paper, the compound according to FIG. 2, and for liquor-according to FIG. 4. Ducks can be made of cotton.
