Известен способ изготовлени  труб с продольными ребрами и профильным внутренним диаметром, например, шестигранным, путем волочени  на длинной оправке трубной заготовки с предварительно сформованными ребрами и цилиндрическим внутренним диаметром через профильную фильеру. Способ осуществл ют следующим образом. Трубу 1 круглого сечепи  с продольными ребрами 2 надевают на оправку 3 фасонного сечени  и фиксируют на ней с помощью втулки 4, имеющей внутренний контур переменного сечени : круглый 5 с пазами дл  ребер, г 015тор ющий наружный контур заготовки, и фасонный б, повтор ющий -наружный контур оправки. После этого трубу волочат через профильную матрицу 7 с лазами дл  ребер. Жестка  система фиксации исключает смещение трубкой заготовки относительно оправки в процессе -волочени  и гарантирует получение на всей длине готового издели  продольных ребер требуемой геометрии, параллельных оси трубы.The method is carried out as follows.
