4-5. A known method for extracting copper from acid copper-containing solutions and pulps by sorption of an aminocarboxylic sorbent with subsequent desorption of copper with solutions of mineral acids. The peculiarity of the proposed method is that the oxidation product of copolymers with aminooxyethyl groups with heterotivalent chromium is used as a sorbent. This makes it possible to reduce sorbent losses during copper recovery. The essence of the proposed method lies in the fact that for the extraction of copper from industrial solutions and pulps, as well as from mine and waste waters, the oxidation product i is used in the quality of the sorbent and is connected to a hexavalent chromium polymer containing an organic salt. This ion exchange sorbent can be prepared on the basis of various copolymers of monovinyl row with divinyl row compounds as coupling agents. These copolymers of I4 are, in a known manner, chloromethylated, then aminated with ethanolamines for the introduction of ashoshoxy groups, and the activated copolymer is subjected to oxidation with hexavalent chromium compounds, sodium nitrate bichromate. The resulting product has acid and amine functional groups. The nitrogen content is about 4-5. The content of amino groups is confirmed by the ability of the oxidized polymer to absorb, with a capacity of up to I mggq / g, zinc from

The presence of carboxyl groups (3-5 mg eq / g) is confirmed by method G: spectroscopy (presence of a maximum absorption band near -I70U cm), method of potentiometric titration, etc.
The amount of desorbed copper when using the proposed sorbent is almost equal to the amount of sorbed.
The proposed sorbent — an oxidation product of hexavalent chromium compounds of a polymer with aminooxyethyl groups — is a selective ion exchanger. From the solution from heap leaching of ore containing 1 g / l of honey, 3 g / l of chippings, I g / l of ferric iron, at pH 5, it absorbs mainly copper. By varying the process parameter — by raising the pH of the solution to 7.0 — advantageous zinc sorption is achieved. As at pH 5 and pH 7, iron is sorbed slightly.
Таким образом, продукт окислени частиц сополимеров с аминооксиэтильными группами соединением шестивалентного хрома вл етс BHCOK03 |jeKTHBHHM сорбентом , практически полностью регенерируемым и восстанавашвающим свою сорбционную способность .Thus, the oxidation product of particles of copolymers with aminooxyethyl groups by a hexavalent chromium compound is a BHCOK03 | jeKTHBHHM sorbent, which is almost completely regenerable and regenerates its sorption capacity.
7,95.The durability tests of the proposed sorbent were carried out in a ball mill with steel balls / scrolling 100 ml of sorbent for 10 minutes. The wear resistance (5 destroyed particles) is 7.95.
Высокие эксплуатационные качества (механическа прочность 92, елшость по меди 80-100 мг/г, практически полне регенерируемость 5-30/i/ HHMH растворами кислот) дают возможность примен ть предлагаемые ионообменные материалы ,длл про шшленной сорбции меди из растворов и пульп с высокой (вплоть до &Qfa содержани твердого) плотностьюHigh performance (mechanical strength 92, copper content 80-100 mg / g, practically 5–35 / i / HHMH acid solutions are completely regenerable) make it possible to use the proposed ion-exchange materials, dll advanced sorption of copper from solutions and pulps with high (up to & Qfa solid content) density
