Известный способ отбора и обработки донных геохимических проб заключаетс  в том, что подн та  со дна колонка донных отложений извлекаетс  пегерметичными грунтовыми трубками, разрезаетс  на определенные части, отделенные образцы помеплаютс  в стекл нную посуду, герметизируютс  крышкой, затем дегазируютс  специальным дегазатором, и отобранные газы анализируютс . При этом донные отложени  соприкасаютс  с атмосферным воздухом, в результате происходит естественна  дегазаци  и потер  газов. Результаты анализов газов, даже на весьма чувствительных хроматографах, не отражают естественного состава газообразных соединений, а данные по компонентам нос т качественный, нежели количественный характер. Таким образом , известный способ извлечени  газов  вл етс  весьма несовершенным.
