The proposed hydrocyclo is related to the textile industry and is intended for use in wool preprocessing factories (SEP) for the continuous effective cleaning of washing liquid from dirt and the continuous separation of wool fat from the washing liquid.
Известен гидроциклон, содержаш,ий корпус, заключенный в паровую рубашку, внутри которого размещена осева враш,аюша с труба , выполнеина в виде концентрических патрубков .A hydrocyclone is known, containing a case enclosed in a steam jacket, inside of which is placed an axial vrash, ayusha from a pipe, and a belt in the form of concentric nozzles.
Недостатком известного гидроциклона вл етс мала эффективность и производительность процесса разделени .A disadvantage of the known hydrocyclone is the low efficiency and productivity of the separation process.
In order to intensify the process of separation of heterogeneous mixtures in the proposed hydrocyclone, the concentric nozzles are provided with cylindrical conic nozzles, the vertices of which are bridged to each other, and the cylindrical part is made with a bore for twisting the mixtures.
1.The drawing shows a hydrocyclone, a longitudinal section and a view along arrow A in FIG. one.
The hydrocyclone consists of a housing 1, a steam jacket 2, an axial nozzle 3, an axial rotating pipe containing concentric nozzles 4 and 5, at the ends of which cylindrical nozzles 6 and 7 are rigidly mounted, and their cylindrical parts
Гидроциклои содержит также сальниковое валовое уплотнение 12, сальник 13, подвод щийare made with a bore 8. A nozzle 9 is made for the removal of wool grease. The radial holes 10 are connected to the annular cavity of the pipes 4 and 5. On the axial rotating tube, the pulley I is rigidly fixed, through which the motor is driven (not shown). Hydrocycloea also contains the omental bulk seal 12, the gland 13, the supply
16.pipe 14 of the washing liquid, discharge pipe 15. The flow rate is regulated by valves 16.
5,Hydrocyclone works as follows. The valves are opened on tubes 14 and 5,
5The other valves are closed. A tangentially-washing liquid is introduced into the hydrocyclone body 1 through the inlet 14 from the washing vessel, and entrains it. The appearance of fluid at the outlet of the pipe 5
11,monitored. The valve on the supply pipe 14 is then closed. After that include the motor (PA drawing not shown), which by means of a belt drive causes rotation through the pulley 11,
При достижении номииальной скоростиnozzles 4 and 5 with nozzles 6 and 7, irichem, the direction of their rotation coincides with the re-direction of the input of the washing liquid through the iodode nozzle 14. When the nominal velocity is reached
Н р е д м е т изобретени Гидроциклоп дл разделени неоднородных смесей, содержащий корпус, заключенный в паровую рубашку, впутри которого размещепа осева вращающа с труба, выполненна в виде коицентрических патрубков, отличающийс тем, что, с целью иптеисификации процесса разделени неоднородных смесей, концентрические патрубкп снабжены цилиндроконическими насадками, вершины которых обращены друг к другу, а цилиндрическа часть вынолнена с расточкой дл закручивани смесей.rotation, for example, 6000 rpm, the separation of the wool vein occurs (the valve on the connecting pipe 14 is opened gradually and the motor load is monitored). By adhering to the nozzles and the action of the bores 8, the liquid is twisted for some time up to the speed of rotation of the nozzles, for example 6000 rpm. The fluid, when the nominal rotational speed is reached, has a supply of kieetic energy (energy flywheel), and the electric motor is applied to the load. After that, the washing liquid is inserted into the body 1 of the hydrocycle, gradually increasing its quantity to the load of the electric motor. The new portions of fluid introduced with some speed tangopecial into body 1 have a large area in contact with smallpox mass of fluid rotating at high speed and quickly take on the nominal speed of rotation. The dirt particles are then thrown against the wall of the housing 1 and then move along the tapered portion to the discharge port 15, which opens, and the dirt with a certain amount of liquid is released to the surroundings. Light drops of fat move to the Bpanien axis, center on the nozzles and move along the surface to their tops, and then to the annular inlet and the annular cavity of nozzles 4 and 5 and apertures 10, with a certain amount of liquid are removed through the nozzle 9 When the valve is installed on the pipe 9, the concentration of the fat from the cleaning fluid is adjusted. The cleaned washing liquid is directed to the inlet of the outlet nozzle 5 and further but into the washing vessel. In order for the inner surface of the cone 1 not to become covered with dirt and the temperature of the washing liquid is necessary, a steam jacket 2 is provided. Since the speed of the nozzles 6 and 7 is constant, the residence time of the liquid in the proposed hydrocyclone is controlled by the amount of liquid supplied through the inlet pipe 14 into the housing 1 with a constant centrifugal field. The magnitude of the centrifugal field in the hydrocycloid housing 1 is easily modified by increasing or decreasing the number of revolutions and the 6 and 7 rotations. Thus, the proposed hydrocyclone is almost easily tuned to separate different liquid mixtures containing large amounts of contaminants. For example, the separation and purification of the following 1. their liquid mixtures: water, wool, grease and dirt; water, solvents and dirt; water, oil products and dirt, etc. The presence of a steam jacket 2 on the casing 1 ensures reliable operation of the hydrocyclone on the working water washing fluid and makes it possible to carry out efficiently such technological processes that require heating the fluid to a predetermined temperature iB for the required time , the decomposition of liquid pas components under the action of temperature). If the liquid mixture, which is decomposed by temperature steps, consists of a larger number of components, a different temperature is established in each of the outlet pipes 5 and 9, and the time the liquid stays in the centrifugal zero and its magnitude is also changed as necessary. In this way, effective separation of the liquid mixture into components is achieved. Thus, the proposed hydro-cyclope can be widely used not only in the textile industry. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION A hydrocyclop for separating non-uniform mixtures, comprising a body enclosed in a steam jacket, in the middle of which is placed an axial rotating pipe made in the form of coicentric nozzles, characterized in that, in order to impute the separation process of non-uniform mixtures, concentric The nozzles are provided with cylindrical nozzles, the tops of which are facing each other, and the cylindrical part is made with a bore for twisting the mixtures.
