Изобретение относитс  к области разработки сплавов на основе молибдена, в частности сплавов, предназначенных дл  использовани  в сварных конструкци х ответственного назначени .The invention relates to the field of the development of molybdenum-based alloys, in particular alloys, intended for use in welded structures of a responsible purpose.

Вследствие этого суш,ественно снижаетс  локальный фазовый наклеп и повышаетс  пластичность .For the production of welded structures from alloys based on molybdenum of high plasticity, joint doping of molybdenum with carbon and vanadium is recommended. The reason for the increase in plasticity is the smaller size of the vanadium atom compared to molybdenum, which results in the decomposition of the solid solution to the separation of a phase (for example, carbide) of a smaller specific volume than in the separation in pure molybdenum. As a result of this, sushi, local phase cold work is naturally reduced and plasticity increases.

Known alloy PA-based molybdenum, containing vanadium and carbon. However, due to the increased carbon content, such an alloy cannot be used for welded structures, as welded joints have low ductility.

Это позвол ет повысить пластичность сварного соединени .The proposed alloy is characterized by a lower carbon content. This makes it possible to increase the ductility of the welded joint.

125-180°.The bend angle of the welded joint of a sheet with a thickness of 1 mm made by electron-beam welding of a molybdenum alloy - 0.6% vanadium - 0.023% carbon is 125-180 °.
