Известно устройство дл  термичес кого упрочнени  листа, состо щее из р да секций, кажда  из которых пред ставл ет собой гep 4eтичныe проходные закалочные камеры, выполненные в виде корпуса в форме узкой щели с форсунками дл  нагнетани  охладите Однако в известном устройстве не возможно одинаково распредел ть охлаждающую среду по ширине листа и регулировать скорость охлаждени  листа путем изменени  плотности охлаждающей серы по длине камеры. В предлагаемом устройстве это устран етс  тем, чтр охлаждающа  ка мера снабжена крышкой, шарнирно прикрепленной со стороны входа проката к корпусу камеры. На фиг. 1 изображена схема предлагаемого устройства; на фиг. 2 - отдельна  секци . Устройство состоит из нескольких одинаковых секций 1, расположенных в линию одна за другой. Число секций в устройстве определ етс  технологической необходимостью в каждом отдельном случае. . Кажда  секци  состоит из камеры 2, выполненной в виде короба пр моугольного сечени , ширина которого определ етс  размерами упрочн емого листа. Перва  секци  устанавливаетс  за последней прокатной клетью или за выходной частью нагревательного уст- ройства и жестко закрепл етс  в линии рольганга. Камера 2 снабжена крьн кой 3, передн   часть которой соединена с корпусом камеры при помощи оси 4 вращени  либо болтоэого или сварочного соединени  . При этом задн   часть крышки имеет возможность перемещатьс , измен   при этом угол, своего наклона относительно неподвижного дншца 5 камеры . С наружной стороны крышка имеет в поперечном направлении р д ребер жесткости , например, в виде труб 6. Положение труб 6 в пазах 7 стенок корпуса определ ет угол наклона крьаоки 3 и величину поперечного сечени  камеры по длине. Крышка 3 может быть выполнена гибкой по длине. The number of sections in the device is determined by the technological need in each individual case. . Each section consists of a chamber 2, made in the form of a rectangular section box, the width of which is determined by the dimensions of the reinforced sheet. The first section is installed behind the last rolling stand or behind the exit part of the heating device and is rigidly fixed in the line of the roller table. The chamber 2 is provided with a roll 3, the front part of which is connected to the camera body by means of an axis of rotation 4 of either a bolt or a welding joint. In this case, the rear part of the cover has the ability to move, changing the angle, of its inclination relative to the fixed bottom 5 of the camera. From the outside, the cover has in the transverse direction a row of stiffeners, for example, in the form of pipes 6. The position of the pipes 6 in the slots 7 of the housing walls determines the angle of inclination of the cracks 3 and the size of the cross section of the chamber along the length. The cover 3 can be made flexible in length. At the same time, the gap between it and the product can also be changed.
