Description
A device for coating polymeric coatings on metal parts, made in the form of a spray gun, is known. The proposed device is distinguished by the fact that, in order to increase the charge of polymer particles, the electrification of the latter takes place not at the expense of friction, but at the expense of a strong blow to the metal nozzle-collector, which, as experiments have shown, leads to more intensive electrification. With a strong impact, a change in the aggregative state of the particles occurs and this leads to a closer contact and contributes to a more intensive electrification at the destruction of the contact. More intensive charging of polymer particles leads to an intensification of the coating process and improved efficiency. Pa figs. 1 shows a general view of a pistol-spray gun in section; FIG. 2 is a cross section of its nozzle. A device for an electrostatic method of applying polymer coatings consisting of a rotating patroya / made of a dielectric and having four tangential holes; fixed metal nozzle-collector 2; bearings for rolling or sliding 3 and 4; a dielectric body 5, rigidly connected to the grounded metal handle of the gun 6; control buttons 7; mixer 8; pipe 9 air supply and air-powder mixture; air hose 10; hose and supply of powder-powder mixture; air collector 12; Aiparate 13 for air-powder mixture. The device works as follows. The powder, from which it is necessary to apply the coating, is poured into the apparatus 13, under the porous wall of which a compressed air or gas comes out of the air collector 12, which causes fluidization of the powder and its supply through the hose 11 to the mixer 8 and further along the pipe 9 to the cartridge. Along the hose 10, additional production is carried out through the mixer with pure gas or air. Under high pressure, natron /, the air-powder mixture flies out at high speed through tangential openings, causing rotation in the supports of Patroia 3 and 4, which contributes to the uniform distribution of the nozzle, and strikes the metal surface of the nozzle-collector 2 insulated from the ground. the process of creating and destroying the contact of powder particles with a metal collector leads to intense unipolar electrification of powder particles; In this case, as shown by the conducted research, the volumetric charge of the opposite sign, concentrating on the collector, gives a direct intensity to the electrification of a particle, and consequently, the efficiency of their deposition is directly dependent on the velocity of the particles, and therefore, changes the speed of the air-powder mixture. , you can easily adjust the process of your coverings. In addition, the magnitude and especially the sign of the particle charge depend on the material of the seat-collector, but, therefore, by using replaceable collectors, it is possible to obtain a charge on the powder but on the desired (ionic or minus). The co-collector also fulfills the functions of a velocity quencher for polymer-charged particles. The particles of the powder 14, nonsun; no charge, nod by the action of an electrical zero and air flow are directed to the part 15 and covered with its dense even layer. Coatings can be made on both cold and pre-heated surfaces. 4 Subject matter 1. A device for applying polymer coatings, contains; its dissipation nozzle and hose for feeding electrically charged particles of polymer or powder into it, characterized in that, in order to increase the amount of particle charge , the end of the hose is made in the form of a nozzle plugged from the end, which is mounted in a nozzle-type spray nozzle and has holes in the wall that are directed at an angle to the axis of the slide towards the nozzle hole. 2. Device but also. 1, characterized in that, in order to increase the uniform distribution of the particles of the polymer, the tubes are mounted in the nozzle with the possibility of free rotation, and the axes of the holes in its walls intersect with the central axis of the nozzle.
