Description

The proposed alloy is in the field of wear-resistant surfacing.

Known wear-resistant. Alloy, containing,%:

1-2carbon 5.5-8 chrome 40-60 bor1-2

железо остальноеiron else

С целью повышени  износостойкости и твердости наплавленного метала, работающего в услови х абразивного износа и,воздействи  агрессивных сред, в состав сплава введен кремний в количестве 0,7-1,4%, а остальные компоненты вз ты в следующем соотношении, %:In order to increase the wear resistance and hardness of the deposited metal, working under conditions of abrasive wear and exposure to corrosive media, silicon in the amount of 0.7-1.4% is introduced into the composition of the alloy, and the other components are taken in the following ratio,%:

хром 40-44 бор 0,7-8,5 углерод 0,01-5,0 железо остальноеchromium 40-44 boron 0,7-8,5 carbon 0,01-5,0 iron the rest

The composition of the alloy can be introduced carbon in an amount up to 5%. The low silicon content does not pose a danger to the alloy, but in combination with 8.5% boron, it provides for the self-fluxing of the alloy during deposition.

A high content of chromium and boron is necessary to obtain wear-resistant weld layers saturated with borides.

The starting components in the form of ferroalloys or metals are ground and mixed to obtain a homogeneous blend. The mixture is poured through a vertical tube furnace with 5 simultaneous sieving through a sieve. In the process of free fall along the kiln, the conglomerates formed after sifting the powder mixture through the grid are melted (mp 1350 ° C) and under the action of forces

поверхностного нат жени  принимают сферическую форму.surface tension take a spherical shape.

The use of a spheroidized powder makes it possible to apply protective layers from tenths of millimeters to one centimeter with

5 a good repetition of the relief of the sprayed part.
