Description

Patent No. 3112 describes a method for making masses from plant and animal fibrous materials both with sizing and without sizing of resin solutions in organic solvents, which means that the paper or three-dimensional pulp that has been ground to a dusty state is barked. Vegetable materials, crushed leather waste, all together or in various combinations, are mixed in a paper roll with an increase of 10% of their weight of water-immiscible organic solvents (kerosene, gasoline, turpentine, etc.), or same going on in the same solvents or spruce resin juice. At the same time, in order to achieve a greater degree of sizing, the pulp is treated in the presence of a resin solution when heated to 60 ° with the addition of 1 to 2% of drying oil.

In the proposed method, in order to obtain a high gloss degree, the cardboard of the mass produced by the above method is calendered, and, in the case of sheet calendering, a solution is introduced into the cardboard mass as a sizing material.

п. настой щепы смолистых деревьев .rosin mixed with sap or gasoline, etc., infusion of chips from resinous trees.

The method consists in mixing the chopped wood pulp in a roll with a solution consisting of a mixture of rosin and sap and serving as a KapTOHHJk sizing material. For the manufacture of this sizing solution, 10% (by weight of wood pulp) rosin and 25% resin are taken, which are individually dissolved in equal parts of gasoline, turpentine, etc., and solvents, and are mixed in before roll roll. and proceeds. After the introduction of a solution of rosin and turpentine B, the contents of the roll, from 25 to 50% (by weight of wood pulp) of drying oil and from 12 to 25% kerosene are added to it, and adding drying oil is recommended only if sight calender on leaf calenders; in the case of production of cardboard smoothness, it can be satisfied by adding only solvents, which sufficiently eliminate the possibility of sticking to the rollers.
