Description
Известны регул торы уровн раздела двух жидких сред в емкост х, содержащие монтированные на разных высотах емкости две пробоотборные трубки, нодсоединенные ко входу чувствительного элемента, насос дл ирокачки жидкостей, отбираемых через трубки, и регулирующее устройство дл сброса нижнего жидкостного сло .Known level controllers for two liquid media in containers are known, containing two sampling tubes mounted at different heights of the tank, which are not connected to the input of the sensing element, a pump for pumping fluids taken through the tubes, and a regulating device for resetting the lower liquid layer.
In the proposed device, the sensing element is designed as a differential viscosity meter with two capillaries connected via pumps to the outputs of the sampling tubes and to the inputs of the regulating device. This improves the accuracy and reliability of the device and, moreover, allows for universal applicability to different liquid media.
The drawing shows a diagram of the device.
8It contains two parallel measuring systems consisting of sampling tubes 1, the difference in lengths of which provides a predetermined control limit, connecting pipelines 2, shear pumps 3 with the same flow characteristics, received rotation from engine 4 through gear 5, measuring capillaries 6 separating devices 7, pneumatic transducers 8, -comparison element 9 pneumatic signals, drop piping 10 and regulator 11. Selection tubes, / are installed vessel 12 at a predetermined level. The device works as follows. The upper fluid is continuously pumped by gear pumps 3 through measuring systems. In this case, a pressure differential is created on the capillaries 6, the value of which depends on the viscosity of the fluid pumped through the system. If both measuring systems, which have exactly the same characteristics, are pumped with the same liquid, the pressure drop across the capillaries will be the same. The fluid pressure before the capillaries is converted by the transducer 8
При достиженииpneumatic signals that enter the reference element 9. If a fluid of the same viscosity is pumped through the measuring systems, then there is no signal at the output of the comparison element. Upon reaching
Регул тор имеет набор сменных пар капилл ров различного диаметра, необходимых дл работы с жидкост ми различной по величине в зкости.the lower liquid of a level higher than the one specified in one measuring system will pump the liquid of the lower layer, and in the other, the upper one, whose viscosity is different. As a consequence, the pressure in front of the capillaries will be different and a control signal is generated at the output of the reference element; the regulator 11 opens and the lower layer liquid is discharged. When the boundary reaches a predetermined level, both take-off of the upper layer, the pressure in front of the capillaries becomes the same and there is no control signal at the output of the reference element, as a result of which the regulator is closed. The regulator has a set of exchangeable capillary pairs of various diameters necessary for working with liquids of various viscosities.
