Сущность изобретени  заключаетс  3 том, что основа вал ной обуви пропускаетс  и .обрабатываетс  в постепенно суживающемс  и регулируемом пространстве , между бесконечной движущейс  лентой и столом, при чем рабочие поверхности как звеньев ленты, так и стола имеют одинаковые выемки, отвечающие требуемой форме основы, с волнообразным наклонным рифлением.
