Abstract

Способ получения полимера-носителя для гель-иммобилизованных металлокомплексных каталитических систем путем радикально-инициированной привитой сополимеризации полярного мономера и синтетического каучука-тройного сополимера этилена, пропилена и несопряженного диена в растворе с последующей вулканизацией полученного привитого сополимера, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения селективности комплекса на основе полимера-носителя, в качестве полярного мономера используют метакриламид в количестве 5,4 - 17,7% от массы каучука и привитую сополимеризацию осуществляют в 5 - 10%-ном растворе каучука в ароматическом углеводороде при 70 - 80С в течение 10 - 12 ч, а вулканизацию полученного привитого сополимера осуществляют путем термообработки при 120 - 140С в инертной атмосфере или в вакууме.A method of obtaining a polymer carrier for gel-immobilized metal complex catalytic systems by radically-initiated graft copolymerization of polar monomer and synthetic rubber-ternary copolymer of ethylene, propylene and non-conjugated diene in solution, followed by vulcanization of the resulting graft copolymer, characterized in that, in order to increase the selectivity complex based on a polymer carrier; methacrylamide in the amount of 5.4 - 17.7% by weight of rubber is used as a polar monomer and grafted the copolymerization is carried out in a 5–10% solution of rubber in an aromatic hydrocarbon at 70–80 ° C for 10–12 h, and the vulcanization of the graft copolymer obtained is carried out by heat treatment at 120–140 ° C in an inert atmosphere or in vacuum.
