The present invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to core electromechanical drilling tools, lowered into a well on a load-carrying cable.
A drilling device is known in which the perception of the reactive moment arising in the downhole zone during operation of the rock-destruction tool is carried out by means of electromagnets with pads. However, this construction has the following disadvantages. Device pads do not move along the well axis, which leads to a significant increase in the length of the projectile. In addition, the effective operation of the device is possible only inside the casing string.
Known drilling rig, taken as a prototype in which the fixation drive in
The borehole is made using a spring lamp consisting of flat springs hinged in a non-rotating part of the drill string. The change in the force of pressing the springs to the walls of the well and, consequently, the magnitude of the perceived reactive moment, is achieved by changing the distance between the pivot bearings. This structure has a number of significant drawbacks. Firstly, the spring-loaded spring lamp, which is constantly open, interferes with the normal running and lifting operations and causes the formation of fine rock material from the borehole walls, secondly, the grinding angles of the suspended part of the springs do not ensure their reliable adhesion to the borehole walls, and third, the force of the springs to press against the walls of the well in

For these reasons, it is possible to turn the non-rotating part of the drill bit, twist and break the load-carrying cable.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности фиксации забойного привода в скважине и обеспечение автоматического регулировани осевой нагрузки на породоразрушающий инструмент в процессе бурени .The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of fixing the downhole drive in the well and to provide automatic control of the axial load on the rock-breaking tool during the drilling process.
The goal is achieved by the fact that a drilling disc containing a downhole electric actuator, a rock-breaking tool, a pipe placed between the drive and a rock-breaking tool, a spacer device in the form of movable dies with shanks installed in the pipe with the possibility of moving perpendicularly from the projectile, a mechanism for moving dies in the form of a solenoid, cable lock and carrying cable, additionally equipped with flat suspended springs, one end of which is rigidly fixed to the pipe, and the other end to moving dies, and a wedge-shaped pusher, while the solenoid is located along the axis of the projectile and its windings are connected to the power supply network of the downhole drive, and the pusher is connected to the core of the solenoid and its side surface interacts with the shanks of the movable dies.
In order to increase the reliability of fixing the downhole drive in the borehole and prevent the flat springs from kinking, the angles of grinding of their pointed parts are determined by the following relations:

The drill bit contains a downhole electric actuator 1, a rock-destroying tool 2, a core pipe 3 placed between the actuator 1 and a rock-destroying tool 2, a spacer 4, a cable lock 5 and a load-carrying cable 6. The spreader 4 consists of movable dies 7, a mechanism the movement of the dies made in the form of a solenoid 8 located along the axis of the projectile, a wedge-shaped pusher 9 connected to the core of the solenoid 8 and flat flanged springs 10, one end of which is rigidly fixed on the pipe 11, the other on
1.movable plates 7. The coil of the solenoid 8 is connected to the power supply network of the downhole drive 1.
When power is supplied via the load-carrying cable 6 to the electric drive 1, the rock-breaking tool 2 and the column pipe 3 are rotated. When this happens, the solenoid 8 core moves along the axis of the projectile and the pusher 9 connected with it, which by its side
10,the surface interacts with the shanks of the movable dies 7. Moving the movable dies 7 in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the projectile causes displacement of the suspended springs 10,
2 и 3). При измененииwhich, pressing against the walls of the well, slam into them and balance the reactive moment arising from the operation of the electric drive 1 and the destruction of the rock at the bottom (Figs. 2 and 3). When it changes
Колебани силы тока, проход щего через обмотки соленоида 8, вызывает перемещение его сердечника, толкател 9 и подвижных плашек 7, которые в свою очередь регулируют усилие прижати приостренных пружин 10 к стенкам скважины иthe physicomechanical properties of the rock being drilled occurs a corresponding change in the torque developed by the drive 1 and the current in the supply network. Fluctuations of the current flowing through the windings of the solenoid 8 cause its core, pusher 9 and movable rams 7 to move, which in turn regulate the force of pressing the suspended springs 10 against the walls of the well and
At the same time, due to the change in pressure on the walls of the well created by the suspended springs 10, the axial load on the rock destruction tool is automatically controlled during the drilling process.
The angles of sharpening the flattened part of the flat springs should ensure a minimum effort to introduce the flat spring into the borehole walls, prevent the rock from collapsing in the zone of contact of the flat springs with the borehole walls, and prevent the flat springs from breaking.
