Abstract
FIELD: aircraft manufacture. SUBSTANCE: wing bay of supersonic flying vehicle includes upper and lower panels having skins and corrugation strengthening them. Besides that, ribs and spars are fitted in wing bay; they are provided with flat continuous bands and booms; spar booms have stiffeners at their ends. Rib bands are brought to external surface of wing bay in gaps between panels; spar booms are connected with panels by means of compensators. Spar webs 14 and rib webs 10 are corrugated; they are connected with bands and booms by means of angle pieces whose flanges are secured to spar and rib webs by tops of corrugations and grooves are made in angle piece flanges between tops of corrugations. Angle piece of spars are continuous and angle pieces of ribs are split at points of intersection with spars and are fastened with each other and with spars by means of joint fittings. Spar and rib webs have cuts at point where they intersect and two trough-shaped profiles 18 and 19 which are fastened to each other and to spar angle pieces are mounted in these cuts. Trough-shaped profiles 18 and 19 have flanges 20 and 21 which form profile of closed section. These profiles are connected with spar and rib webs by means of angle pieces 28 and 29 and profiles 30 and 31. EFFECT: reduced mass and enhanced reliability of operation through realization of design strength and rigidity of structural members due to simultaneous compensation of its expansion in heating. 2 cl, 10 dwg
