Abstract

Использование: при соединении древесины по длине на операци х фрезеровани мелких зубчатых шипов. Сущность изобретени : фреза содержит сменные резцы 1 с наклонными боковыми режущими кромками 2. Каждый из резцов установлен в пазу корпуса 4 в упор к фиксатору 6, закрепленному в корпусе 4 фрезы и своей опорной поверхностью взаимодействующему с ее торцом 8. С целью повышени точности фрезы и снижени трудоемкости ее изготовлени фиксатор 6 имеет дополнительную опорную поверхность 9, выполненную наклонно к оси фрезы с углом наклона, равным углу наклона боковой режущей кромки 2 резцов 1, и взаимодействует с ней.Фикса- тор может быть выполнен съемным, а его дополнительна опорна поверхность 9 - регулируемой вдоль оси фрезы. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.
