Изобретение относитс  к смесител м дл  получени  рабочих смесей. Цель изобретени  - повышение качества перемешивани . Смеситель содержит .корпус с загрузочным и выдающим патрубками, полый приводной вал 6 с винтовыми шнеком 9. Внутри полого вала 6 установлен приводной вал 12 с коническими шестерн ми, которые соединены с шестерн ми/закреплен- ными на ос х лопастей 16. Последние установлены с возможностью их вращени  . посредством опор 17. При работе компоненты подают через загрузочный патрубок в корпус. Их перемешивание и продольное перемещение рабочей смеси к выдающему патрубку производитс  винтовым шнеком 9, закрепленным на полом приводном валу 6. Мен   скорость вращени  вала 12, можно получить необходимую скорость перемещени  рабочей смеси и любую степень ее перемешивани . При одинаковых скорост х вращени  полого вала 6 и вала 12, смеситель работает как обычный конвейер. Если скорость вращени  вала 12 меньше скорости вращени  полого вала 6, то лопасти 16 придают рабочей смеси скорость обратного хода . Дл  экстренной выгрузки перемешиваемой смеси валу 12 придают скорость вращени , превышающую скорость вращени  полого вала 6. 3 ил. сл сThis invention relates to mixers for producing working mixtures.
