Description
The invention relates to construction and can be used in residential buildings.
The purpose of the invention is to improve performance by controlling the ventilation of the room while maintaining the sound insulation properties of the window.
5.FIG. 1 shows a window from a room, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1, ventilation mode; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 1, ventilation mode; in fig. 4 shows a section B-B in FIG. 1, the closed position of the window; in fig. 5 - outer valve loop; in fig. 6 is a cross-section of the FIG. five.
17.The noise-protective ventilation window contains a frame 1 installed on it by means of hinges 2 with external outer axes 3 and internal 4 glazed bindings with vertical imposts 5. On the external binding 3, upper 7 and lower 8 external valves are installed by vertical axes binder 3, the vertical axes of which are mounted on opposite imposts 5. On vertical axes b of the upper and lower bindings, torsion springs 9 are installed, valves 7 and 8 from the side adjacent to the impost 5 of the inner cover 4 have sealing elements 10. Internal binding 4 in the zone of imposts 5 is provided with upper 11 and lower 12 valves, vertical axes 13 of which are fixed to imposts 5. Valves 11 and 12 are equipped with clamping devices 14, interconnected valves 7 and 8 through pads 15 installed on valves 7 and 8. Glazed bindings 3 and 4, valves 7 and 8, 11 and 12 are equipped with gaskets 16. On the imposts 5 of the outer cover 3 there is a louvered grille 17.
The noise vent window is operated as follows.
To ventilate the room, open the upper valve 11 (Fig. 2). In this case, the upper valve 7 under the action of the torsion spring 9 rotates on vertical axis x 6 until the sealing element 10 is pressed against the impost 5 of the inner glazed cover 4. In this position, the air flow will move from the street through the upper part of the outer cover 3 between the imposts 5 to the interglass cavity formed by the inner surface of frame 1 and glazed bindings 3 and 4. where a significant part of the sound energy will be absorbed. In the interstitial cavity, the air will move from the top down, then along the closed bottom valve 8 and the bottom valve 12 will move to the opposite side relative to valves 7 and 8, lift and through the top valve 11 will enter the room. With this movement with a large number of turns, an additional effect of sound insulation will be provided. For active air exchange, the bottom valve 12 (Fig. 3) additionally opens with a corresponding movement
Образованные таким образом воздуховоды обеспечивают перемещение двух воздушных потоков в межстекольной полости вbottom valve 8, but in the opposite direction relative to the top valve 7. The air ducts formed in this way ensure the movement of two air streams in the interglass cavity to
8.opposite directions, namely the air entering the zone of the upper valve 7, enters the room through the lower valve 12, and through the upper valve 11 passes the air entering the inter-recess cavity through the lower valve 8. When closing the valves 11 and 12 (Fig. 4 ) The clamping device 14 closes the valves 7 and 8 through the pads 15.
