Description
The invention relates to a foundry, in particular, to methods for manufacturing mold parts for injection molding, and can be used to make metal tooling.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat resistance of molds in operation by improving the thermal characteristics of the material.
The method includes the preparation of a porous billet of metal powder based on nickel, cobalt and iron, sintering the billet, its subsequent leveling (straightening) and pressing into the pores of the billet of liquid copper or an alloy based on it with high thermal conductivity. In this case, metal powder from alloys having thermal expansion coefficients close to the thermal expansion coefficients of copper or an alloy based on it is used, for example, metal powder of stainless steels 12X18H9T is used. 12X18H10T and 12X18N12T.
Облада высокой теплопроводностью запрессованна в поры заготовки медь или сплав на ее основе увеличивает теплопроводность получаемого композитного материала , что позвол ет благопри тно перераспредел ть термические напр жени в материале пресс-формы и повысить за счет этого ее термостойкость в эксплуатации .Having a high thermal conductivity, copper or an alloy based on the preform pores of the preform increases the thermal conductivity of the composite material obtained, which allows for a favorable redistribution of thermal stresses in the material of the mold and thereby increasing its thermal stability in operation.
VJExample. A mold part for injection molding was made. A porous billet was obtained by the method of slip casting in a metal composite die from stainless steel 12X18H9T powder, having a thermal coefficient of VJ

После охлаждени заготовки ее извлекали из штамма и направл ли на дальнейшую обработку.expansion of a 17510 / C in the range of 20-400 ° C. Then, the billet in the same form was sintered at 1100-1200 ° C for 2-3 hours. Then, straighten at the same temperature with a load of 2-3 kgf / mm applied . After that, a piece of an alloy based on copper (zirconium bronze) with a thermal expansion coefficient of 17, was placed on the upper surface of the billet, in the temperature range of 20–300 ° C. The bronze melted due to the heat of the billet and pressed into the pores of the billet punch) when pressure is applied 4-5 kgf / mm. After cooling, the preform was removed from the strain and sent for further processing.
In this way, a composite part is obtained, in which high-heat-conducting bronze, pressed into the pores of the workpiece, intensively removes heat from the working surface upon receipt of the casting, dissipates it throughout the volume and
способствует быстрому отводу тепла от отливки , что увеличивает стойкость пресс- формы в эксплуатации.promotes rapid heat removal from the casting, which increases the durability of the mold in operation.
