Description
The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in forging and stamping production, mainly for forging large forgings such as rings, bands and a non-ferrous alloy cylinder.
The existing methods for manufacturing large-sized ring forgings from non-ferrous alloys include free draft of solid ingots, piercing of the hole and subsequent rolling of blanks on the mandrel. A known method of manufacturing large-sized ring forgings from hollow ingots is as follows. The ingot is heated to the forging temperature, a mandrel is inserted into the existing axial bore, and the billet is deposited. The besieged block together with the mandrel is fed to the supports and rolled out by compression. In the case of short
Ковка заготовок из полого слитка известным способом имеет ограниченное применение, так как в большинстве случаев требуютс слитки с большим отношением высоты заготовки к толщине, а при относительном радиусе поверхности раздела течени ц 1 происход т потер устойчивости заготовки и образование складок на внутренней поверхности , переход щих в зажимы и трещины при дальнейшей раскатке.the mandrels are pushed through (stitched), and the rolling is performed in the usual manner. Forging blanks from a hollow ingot in a known manner is of limited use, since most cases require ingots with a large ratio of the height of the workpiece to the thickness, and with the relative radius of the surface of the section of flow I 1 there is a loss of stability of the workpiece and the formation of folds on the inner surface passing clamps and cracks during further rolling.
The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of ring forgings by reducing the number of defects (in the form of external, internal cracks and folds) and improving the mechanical properties of the deformed alloy.

Цель достигаетс тем, что слиток нагревают до температуры на 8-12% ниже значений верхнего предела ковочной температуры, помещают его в контейнер с обеспечением суммарного зазора между стенками контейнера и слитком не более 20% наружного диаметра слитка и осаживают со степенью деформации не менее 25% до заполнени внутренней полости контейнера .The goal is achieved by heating the ingot to a temperature of 8-12% below the upper limit of the forging temperature, placing it in a container to provide a total gap between the walls of the container and the ingot to no more than 20% of the outer diameter of the ingot and precipitate with a degree of deformation of at least 25% before filling the internal cavity of the container.
Heating the ingot to a temperature 8– 12% below the forging and its sediment in a container with a degree of deformation of 25% makes it possible to sufficiently deform the cast alloy structure, thereby increasing the technological plasticity and mechanical properties of the deposited workpiece, which later on Forging allows to significantly reduce or completely eliminate cracks and tears of metal on ring blanks. The total gap between the inner diameter of the container and the ingot is 20% of the outer diameter of the ingot, as well as the complete filling of the inner cavity of the ingot and the subsequent flashing with hollow piercing guarantee obtaining a forging without internal clamps.
The presence of distinctive features in comparison with the prototype confirms the novelty of the claimed method.
Среди известных технических решений не обнаружены признаки, сходные с признаками , отличающими за вленное решение от прототипа, поэтому оно удовлетвор ет критерию существенные отличи .Among the known technical solutions, no signs were found that are similar to the features that distinguish the proposed solution from the prototype; therefore, it meets the criterion of significant differences.
Depending on the overall dimensions of the billet required for forging a ring forging, the draft in the container is produced with or without a mandrel inserted into the internal cavity of the ingot.
