The disadvantage of this device is that it in the suspended fine state is internally
распылительного сопла переводитс только часть распыливаемой жидкости, в результате чего суммарный выносимый удельный зар д невелик.only a part of the sprayed liquid is transferred to the spray nozzle, as a result of which the total carried out specific charge is small.

25-30°.For this, an electrostatic atomizer comprising a body with a gas supply channel, an induction electrode mounted on the output end, encompassing an annular gap to form an axisymmetric nozzle, the conical grounded electrode of which has a conical surface connected to the liquid supply channel, is provided with a conical grounded electrode placed with a gap to the output end of the main grounded electrode, which forms a threshold relative to the lateral conical surface of the peripheral portion of the end surface a grounded electrode, the width of the ring g-gap between the output edge of the main grounded electrode and the inducing electrode is equal to the width of the ring gap between the edge of the additional grounded electrode and the inducing electrode, and the difference in the angle of inclination of the conical surfaces of the main and additional grounded electrodes is 25-30 °

The electrostatic atomizer comprises a dielectric body 1 with channel 2. At the output end of body 1, an induction electrode 3 is fixed, covering with an annular gap to form an axisymmetric nozzle 4, a conical grounded electrode 5, with an axial hole 6, the conical surface 7 of which is connected to the liquid supply channel 8.
The sprayer is supplied with additional
конусным заземленным электродом 9, размещенным с зазором к выходному торцу основного заземленного электрода 5, образующего периферийным участком торцовойa conical grounded electrode 9, placed with a gap to the output end of the main grounded electrode 5, forming a peripheral section of the end
Ширина кольцевого зазора между выходной кромкой основного заземленного электрода 5 иsurface threshold 10 with respect to the lateral conical surface 11 of an additional grounded electrode. The width of the annular gap between the output edge of the main grounded electrode 5 and
25-30°.the inducing electrode 3 is equal to the width of the annular gap between the output edge of the additional grounded electrode 9 and the inducing electrode 3. The difference in the angle of inclination of the conical surfaces of the main 5 and additional 9 grounded electrodes is 25-30 °.
Electrostatic spray works as follows.
Fluid sprayed through channel 2 is fed to the surface of a grounded electrode 5. The cross-sectional area of the fluid supply channel 8 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the through hole 6 in the grounded electrode 5. Therefore, the liquid is evenly distributed on the surface of the grounded electrode 5 and on the surface of the additional electrode. conical grounded electrode 9. Leaked as a film, the liquid is crushed by the oncoming gas stream supplied through channel 2. In the spray nozzle 4 of an electrostatic atomizer pneumatic crushing of the fluid
Дробление жидкости происходит и на поверхностиcavitation crushing is observed, which occurs beyond threshold 10. Due to the collapse of cavitation bubbles, a fine aerosol is formed. Since fragmentation occurs in the zone of a strong electric field, the droplets acquire an excess electrical charge, which is sufficiently large due to the fact that the size of the droplets is small. The crushing of the fluid occurs on the surface
Effective dispersion of a liquid in the interaction of gas and liquid flows occurs when the angle of interaction is 25-30 °. it
Разница в углахtakes place on the surface of the grounded electrode 5 at the inlet of the spray nozzle 4, where the surface of this electrode is inclined at an angle of 25-30 ° to the gas flow direction. Difference in the corners
Выполнение же кольцевых зазоров индуци- рующий электрод - заземленный электрод и индуцирующий электрод - дополнительный электрод способствует максимальной зар дке жидкости, котора дробитс на кромках заземленного 5 и дополнительного 9 электродов.the tilt forming 7 and 11 of the conical side surface of the grounded electrode 5 and the additional electrode 9 due to the same effect. The electrodes 5 and 9 are angled so that inside the spray nozzle 4, where the air flow is parallel to the surface of the grounded electrode 5, the angle of interaction between the gas flow and the liquid film on the surface of the electrode 9 is 25-30 °. Making the annular gaps inducing an inductive electrode — a grounded electrode and an inducing electrode — an additional electrode contributes to the maximum charge of the liquid, which is crushed at the edges of the grounded 5 and additional 9 electrodes.
