The drawing shows a device for carrying out the method of electrostatic spraying of liquids, a general view.
The device comprises a housing 1 with a channel 2 for supplying a liquid and a channel 3 for supplying gas, a mixing chamber 4 passing into a discharge channel 5 from a hydrophobic dielectric. At the exit of channel 5 is installed
The device contains a high voltage source 7. The outlet channel 6 of the hydrophobic material and the channel 2 of the liquid supply are made with diameters selected from the ratio 1: (2-4). Channel
9.The gas supply port 3 communicates with the mixing chamber 4 by means of a die 8 with a calibrated orifice, the diameter of which is made of a ratio to the diameter of the channel 2 of the liquid supply channel 1:10. The device also includes an inductive electrode 9.
The method is carried out as follows.
From source 7 high voltage
4a nozzle 6 and an inductive electrode 9 supply a high voltage, for example, 20 kV. The working pressure of the fluid supplied through the channel 2 for supplying the fluid with a diameter of 4 mm to the mixing chamber 4, GF 0.35 MPa, is established. The liquid from the mixing chamber enters the channel 5 from a hydrophobic dielectric, such as a fluoroplastic, and is sprayed through the nozzle. The working gas pressure is established with Pr of 0.4 MPa, and Pr / Рж 1.14 falls into the Pr / Рж range of 1.02-1.3. From the gas source, through the gas supply channel 3 and the die plate 8 with a calibrated orifice with a diameter of 0.4 mm, gas is supplied to the mixing chamber 4. The pressure in the chamber 4
В выпускной канал из гидрофобного диэлектрика попадает газ, который достигает форсунки иmixing increases, reaches the pressure of the liquid, which leads to the cessation of the flow of liquid into the mixing chamber. In the exhaust channel of the hydrophobic dielectric gas enters, which reaches the nozzle and
При истечении газа через форсунку давление в камере смешени резкоcrushes the sprayed liquid, forming a polydisperse spray with droplet diameters of 10-80 µm with different initial velocities. When gas flows through the nozzle, the pressure in the mixing chamber
The resistance to the movement of a fluid in the outlet channel of a hydrophobic dielectric is much higher than the resistance to the movement of a gas, due to the difference in viscosity coefficients. The pressure of the gas passing through the die plate increases again to the pressure of the liquid. The liquid stops flowing into the mixing chamber and the process repeats, acquiring a self-oscillating character. The outlet channel of the hydrophobic dielectric is filled with a liquid separated by gas gaps, which is facilitated by the hydrophobic properties of the outlet channel preventing the formation of a film of an electrically conductive liquid. This increases the electrical resistance between the nozzle and the fluid reservoir, which leads to a decrease in leakage currents and a decrease in energy consumption. The frequency of self-oscillations depends on the ratios of the diameters of the outlet channel and the spinneret, the outlet channel and the channel for supplying liquid, as well as the ratio of pressures of the liquid and gas. When choosing these relations, like 1: (2-4) and 1:10, in the working pressure range of the liquid and gas created by devices on commercially available sprayers OPSH-15, OP-2000, POM-630, etc., it is possible to get

Облада различными по величине начальными скорост ми капли равномерно покрывают обрабатываемые растени .T is the pulsation period, in the range of 2-4 Hz, which allows the electrostatic spraying method described above to be implemented. Liquid drops, the exit from the nozzle in the field of the electrode 9 acquire different values depending on the dispersion of charge. Possessing different initial velocities, droplets uniformly cover the treated plants.
Зависимость частоты колебаний от давлени газа при выбранных отношени х диаметров каналов приведена в таблице, где Ож - расход жидкости, Рж - давление жидкости , Рг - давление газа, f - частота автоколебаний .The dependence of the oscillation frequency on the gas pressure at the selected ratios of the channel diameters is given in the table, where O is the fluid flow, Pf is the fluid pressure, Pg is the gas pressure, f is the frequency of self-oscillations.

Electrodeposition of a polydisperse electrically charged aerosol in an external electric field on electrically conductive plates that simulate plants more uniformly and in weight by an order exceeds the amount of deposited aerosol without an external electrostatic field.
