27.Fig. 3 shows the structural elements necessary for describing the operation of the device: a housing 2 (Fig. 1), transporting guides 3, 4 (Fig. 1), a working width 6 (Fig. 1), which is in the working position — across paths (or at an angle), pocket 8 (FIG. 2), sidewall 9 (FIG. 2). Movement during operation is shown by arrow 16, devices for air suction, dust separation, energy, control and grids 17, catcher front wall 18, catcher rear wall 19, frame 20, wheel sets (or combined stroke) 21, rails 22, contaminated ballast 23, earth bed 24, cleaned ballast 25, remnants of uncleaned ballast 26, outdoor catcher 27.
The device works as follows.
The operation of a single autonomous duct is considered. The work of the rest is similar. The number of working autonomous air ducts depends on the depth of the ballast layer being cleaned, the degree of its pollution and other factors.
Include power plant (if the machine is not self-propelled). The sidewall 9 is lowered from the free ends of the sleepers to a predetermined depth (the device is pulled in the direction of arrow 16 until the depth is reached). The sidewall that passes over the cross is lowered to the level of the upper railhead plus the warranty clearance.
З).The front 18 and rear 19 walls of the catcher are lowered (FIG. 3).
Include in the device 17 air exhaust and dust separator (contaminant).
The driving wheels 11 move the body 2 in the pocket 8 with the conveying guides 3, 4 to the left. When moving to the left and down, the working diameter 6 slides along the pivot stop 12, rotates in the hinge 5 and penetrates into the ballast under the track grid. An external safety device 27 is descended, catching a polluter that has burst through particles (the lower edge of the catcher moves along the ballast, and when working on a turnout switch - along an adjacent path).
An individual gas source 1 is turned on, supplying air to the working cross-section 6. From the working cross-section 6, compressed air is pulsed into the ballast, blowing the latter to the top of the track grate. Working diameter 6 occupies the working position. In this case, the contaminant is carried through the screen to the device 17 for separating dust from air. The purified air is emitted into the atmosphere when the autonomous air duct is operating from a gas generator or is reused when operating from a compressor. The air exhaust exceeds the flow rate, so part of it is removed in both cases. Pockets 8, having the ability to move along the sidewall 9, change the angle 15. Changing the angle .15 allows you to reduce the penetration force in the ballast layer and to find the optimal resistance during the working process.
After the introduction of all autonomous air ducts, the frame 20 on the wheels 21 moves in the direction of the arrow 16. At the same time, the contaminated ballast 23 is cleaned and thrown to the top of the rail and sleep grid, which descends below the previous level. The cleaned ballast 25 is laid on the contaminated part of the remaining uncleaned ballast 26, and if the latter is removed completely, then onto the ground web 24. When dealing with deeps, the top of the earth web is removed.
В зависимости от длины рабочего поперечника 6 очистка выполн етс на концах шпал, с одной стороны пути и двух, на стрелках .Depending on the length of the working width 6, cleaning is performed at the ends of the sleepers, on one side of the track and two, on the arrows.
At the end of the work area, a signal is sent to the control unit, which commands the return of all units to their initial position, which is in the reverse order. The exception is the guide pivot stop 12, which does not work, and the working cross section 6 returns to a coaxial position with the body 2, which returns the pivot stop 14 and the external safety device 27, which rises after the working cross section 6 has been removed and air has been pumped out.
