The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy and improves the method of producing rolled products on continuous wire and small-section mills. The purpose of the invention is to save energy costs and increase yield. To do this, in the method, the deformation of the workpieces of each steel grade from a given brand assortment is carried out from its heating temperature, providing for it the resistance to deformation of the most durable material of this assortment. Table 1. • ^ ^ fe The invention relates to the field of metallurgy and improves the method of producing rolled metal mainly on wire and small-section mills. The invention aims to save money and increase the yield of the method. The essence of the method is as follows. with maximum deformation resistance. The magnitude of this deformation resistance is assumed to be the same for the rest of the steel grades of the mill grade. Then, to ensure the established resistance to deformation, the heating temperature of the billets of each steel grade is determined before rolling. Thus, for the entire brand range of custom, a single deformation resistance is established, but different heating temperatures for each steel grade. Rolling billets onto wire rod was carried out on a wire mill 150. The steel grade of the mill included carbon steel of ordinary quality, structural, cable, alloyed structural, spring-spring, welding, bearing and corrosion-resistant. Before the implementation of the proposed method, prior to rolling carried out up to a rolling start temperature of 1080 ^ 1130 ° C, depending on the steel grade. Billets of carbon and cable steels Grades 50-70 were heated to a temperature of 1080 ° C. Steel 12X18H10T had the highest resistance to deformation in the brand assortment of the mill. The billets of this steel were heated in accordance with the technological instruction to the onset temperature
Description
Дл углеродистых и канатных сталей марок 50-70 она окаэалась равной 950-980°С,rolling 1130 ° C, the resistance to deformation while 100 N / mm. This deformation resistance has been found for all steel grades in the mill range. Based on this value of the deformation resistance, the heating temperature of each steel grade was determined. For carbon and cable steels of grades 50-70, it was equal to 950-980 ° С,
Thus, rolling was carried out with equal degrees and speeds of deformations | 1i, a nose with various temperature of heating of preparations of each steel grade.
The results of pilot rolling of rolled wire from steel grades 50-70 are given in the table.
е. As can be seen from the table, as a result of lowering the heating temperature of the blanks before rolling, the specific gas consumption in the furnace decreased by 10.8%, the specific energy consumption for metal deformation increased by 9.7%. Total energy consumption for heating and deformacinb decreased by 226.0 MJ / t or 7.2%. The mass of kiln scale decreased by 3.5 kg / t, i.e. 1.3 times.
Thus, the lowering of the temperature of the beginning of the rolling of billets of cable steels to 950-980 ° C, providing resistance to deformation of these steels.
Снижаютс также затраты на ремонт нагревательной печи.equal to the deformation resistance of steel 12X18H10T at a temperature of 1130- ° C, reduces energy consumption and mass of furnace scale, i.e. increases the yield. In addition, lowering the heating temperature of the blanks of the proposed method provides improved quality of the rod reduces 1.3-1.5 times the thickness of the decarburized layer on the rod, which provides a significant reduction in the cost of processing rod in metal production. The cost of repairing the heating furnace is also reduced.
