Sodium polyphosphate reacts with liquid glass, thereby forming silica, the heat used during the reaction accelerates its polycondensation, resulting in a durable glassy coating,
The toxicity in the flame retardant composition of sodium pophosphrase creates the possibility of reducing, with fire protection, vertical surfaces; the interval between the application of individual layers of the coating to 4.0-4.5% and with a thickness of each layer of 0-3.5 mm the total duration of the coating does not exceed one work shift. Fire protection of horizontal surfaces is carried out by single-pass coating of a given thickness. A twofold increase in the composition of sodium polyphosphate in the composition makes it possible to reduce the drying time by half. The application of the composition is carried out manually, with a brush, roller or mechanized using gunning equipment.
Preparation of the composition in the joint mixing of bulk components in mixers of forced type action for 4-5 minutes and then stirring the mixture with liquid glass for 2-3 minutes,
1.Of these components were prepared mixtures, the compositions of which are given in Table 1.
Evaluation of the flame retardant ability of the obtained compositions was carried out by testing steel sample plates 200x200x2 mm with one-sided coating of 5-10 mm thick. Test

Результаты испытаний приведены вsodium silicate and increase its pyroplastic properties. In parallel, under the action of a temperature above 80 ° C, gaseous products are released from the polystyrene foam or polyurethane foam component. All of the above processes NYSYPCHYUCH intensive heaving of the coating and the formation of a porous fur coat with low thermal diffusivity. The test results are given in

его нанесение.its application.
Compared with the prototype, the swelling of the coating increases by 16-18%, the flame retardant ability by 16-18%. Timing data grips & technology, technological parameters indicate the possibility of coating the entire thickness of a single pass method, which is impossible with the prototype. The appearance of the coating satisfies the aesthetic requirements — a dark greenish color with interspersed white particles. So the coating does not require additional finishing.
Высока огнезащитна способость и высока технологичность позвол ют использовать покрытие дл огнезащиты металлоконструкций в здани х и сооружени х с повышенными требовани ми к огнезащите .The high flame retardant capacity and high manufacturability make it possible to use the coating for fire protection of metal structures in buildings and structures with increased requirements for fire protection.
