Abstract

FIELD: geoelectric prospecting. SUBSTANCE: method uses measurements relying on registration of relationship of second difference of potentials to first one. Novelty of method consists in measurement of formation of relationship of second difference of potentials to first one within time interval providing making of descending branch, minimum and ascending branch of measured parameter. This parameter displays increased sensitivity to change of polarization properties of section and is noise- immuned from action of local geoelectric irregularities close to surface. Use of method makes it possible to conduct more effective search and survey of zones having polarization properties of geological section anomaly changed related to deposits of such natural resources as ores, hydrocarbons, etc. EFFECT: increased precision of extraction of polarized objects in investigates geoelectric section. 1 dwg
