The purpose of the inventions is to increase the drilling rate by improving the cleaning of the bottom hole from degradation products. The crown contains a shank and a working head (WG) 1, made in one piece with it, having four reinforcements. The invention relates to mining, in particular to drilling crowns for percussion drilling wells in rocks of different strength. The purpose of the invention is to increase the drilling speed and durability of the crown by improving the cleaning of the bottom hole from the drilling fines during the drilling process and reducing the abrasion of the crown body about the bottom hole. 4.5 solid carbide inserts 3. In the shank and WG 1 there is a central blow-through channel 7. Longitudinal open channels 8 are made on the outer side surface of WG 1. In the central part of WG 1, there is a core recess in which carbide inserts 17 are installed. The pens 3 have open channels which communicate a recess with longitudinal open channels 8. A transverse groove 10 is formed at the base of the recess. A side purge channel 12 V is provided with an additional transverse groove 11 ending in an adjacent space. the output of the channel 12 of the radial open channel 8. The transverse groove 10 of the channel 7 connects two other adjacent radial channels 8 to each other. The outer surfaces 13 and 14 of the grooves 10 and 11 are made at the base of the lateral central surface of the opposite feathers 3. Using the invention allows the use of all radial channels 8 when purging the bottom of a well. 2 of p f-ly, 4 ill. Description
17,version 7 and several radial interperimental channels 8 connecting cavity 6 with side notches 9. In cavity b there is a transverse groove 10 connecting the central opening 7 with two adjacent radial channels 8 and a transverse groove 11 starting at the side blowing hole 12 and ending in an adjacent radial channel 8. The outer surfaces 13 and 14 of the slots 10 and 11 coincide with the inner surfaces 15 and 16 of the opposite feathers 3. In the core-forming cavity 6, carbide inserts 17 are fixed,
The principle of operation of the crown is as follows.
9.The crown with its shank 2 is fixed in the axle box (not shown in the figures). Torque is transmitted to the crown while striking the end of the shank 2. At the same time, carbide inserts 4, 5 and 17 destroy the rock under the action of the blows and torque. Destroyed rock is removed by compressed air, which is fed through the central hole 7 and the side hole 12 into the cavity 6 and transverse grooves 10 and 11, then through the radial channels 8 into the side longitudinal notches 9.
9.When drilling soft and viscous rocks, the cavity 6 can be blocked by the formed core, since the inserts 17 are below the inserts 4 and 5. In this case, the bottom hole is cleaned from the drilling fines through the transverse grooves 10 and 11 and further through the radial channels 8 and notches 9.
Направление паза 11 против вращени коронки выбрано не случайно, а необходимо дл того, чтобы, когда закрыта полость 6, бурова мелочь из паза 8 сначала удал лась в зоне отверсти 12, а затем оставша с часть из смежного канала 8 через паз 11, Если выполнить его в другую сторону, то удаление шлама с забо ухудшаетс .The direction of the groove 11 against the rotation of the crown is not chosen randomly, but it is necessary that when cavity 6 is closed, the fines from the groove 8 are first removed in the area of the hole 12 and then the remaining part of the adjacent channel 8 through the groove 11, If the other way, the removal of the sludge from the bottom is deteriorating.
1.The implementation of the outer surfaces 13 and 14 of the grooves 10 and 11 makes it possible to expand the area of the cavity 6 while simultaneously providing the necessary rigidity of the feathers 3 of the head 1.
The use of the invention will allow the use of all radial channels during the bottom hole sweep. At the same time, there are no depressions in the central part of the head, which have a negative effect on
This makes it possible to improve the cleaning of the wellbore from the drilling fluid and increase the drilling speed, as well as improve the working conditions of the head and reduce the abrasion of the body on the drilling fines, which allows to increase the durability of the crown during operation.
