Description
The invention relates to mining, namely the development of oil fields by flooding,
The purpose of the invention is to increase oil recovery and shorten the development of deposits.
After thawing frozen water, water acquires altered physicochemical properties, such as viscosity, density, dielectric constant, etc. The fact of significant changes in the physicochemical properties of melt water in its contact with various systems (biological, chemical, physical, and other) installed. The positive effect of the properties of the thawed water on the oil recovery process is that when pumping the thawed water into the formations, their injectivity increases (injectivity - the ability of the formation to take a certain amount of water per unit of time) and the oil recovery coefficient increases. The process mechanism is as follows. As a result of freezing of water and its subsequent size
1(thawing), the restructuring of the structure of the liquid occurs and it acquires properties different from those that existed before the freezing process. For example, after thawing tala, water behaves similarly to distilled water in terms of dissolving power. The thawing water significantly increases the dissolving capacity, as a result of which it in the oil reservoirs actively dissolves the cement particles of the rock: clays and carbonates, and thus contributes to an increase in the filtration and displacement capacity of water. The main characteristics of melt water under normal conditions (temperature 20 ° С. Pressure 1 atm) are presented in Table. one
The main properties of melted water viscosity, density, surface tension are maintained for a period of time. completely. In the course of these ten days, the water injected in the water has reduced in comparison with the usual (not subjected to freezing and thawing) water.

значени ми в зкости, плотности и поверхностного нат жени , что приводит к увеличению приемистости и нефтеотдачи пластов.values of viscosity, density and surface tension, which leads to an increase in injectivity and oil recovery.
In tab. 2 shows the main characteristics of melt water in time at a temperature of 20 ° C and a pressure of 1 atm.
As can be seen from the table. 2 tala water completely retains its properties for 10 days, and then these properties gradually return to their original state of ordinary water.
The effect of melt water on the oil recovery process was experimentally verified.
The installation consists of a high-pressure cylinder 1, a reducer 2, intermediate tanks 3 and 4, valves 5, a thermostat with a contact thermometer 6, model pressure gauges 7, a formation model (column with a porous medium) 8.
The reservoir was modeled by a cylindrical porous medium consisting of 90% quartz sand, 5% clay, 5% carbonate. The permeability is 0.5-10 g m 2. Oil with a viscosity of 10 mPa at 45 ° C was used as oil.
The studies were carried out as follows. The reservoir model — a column with a porous medium — was subjected to a preliminary evacuation and then saturated with oil under vacuum.
Example 1. Oil was displaced by ordinary tap water (a known method).
Oil was replaced by tap water with the addition of a surfactant — sulfanol at a concentration of 0.1% (a known method).
Example 3. Oil was displaced by thawed tap water.
Tala tap water was prepared as follows.
In the refrigerator, the water was brought to freezing — a state of ice. Then it was ogive in room conditions, then it was supplied to tanks 3 and 4 at room temperature. Then the process of displacing oil by this water was carried out under the same conditions as in Examples 1 and 2 (i.e. 45 ° and the same pressure drop 0.01 MPa.
3.Three major characteristics of the displacement process were recorded: oil recovery coefficient, anhydrous oil recovery ratio, and displacement time. The results of experimental studies are summarized in Table. 3
против 1,8 сут,).From tab. 3 shows that the anhydrous oil recovery period for melt water is significantly higher than that of tap water (by 17%) and tap water with added surfactant (by 10%), the final oil recovery coefficient of melt water is 15% longer than that of PAV.Time of displacement from melt water is significantly less than that of water with the addition of surfactant (1.1 days. Against 1.8 days).
Thus, the use of thawed veda in the flooding of oil fields can significantly increase the oil recovery of layers and reduce the duration of their development,
In tab. 4 shows the properties of thawed and ordinary water at a temperature of 10, 20, 40 and 60 ° C.
As can be seen from the table. 4, the properties of melt water vary with temperature. The properties of ordinary water also vary with temperature. But at the same temperature, the indicators of the properties of the melt water have lower values compared with the same indicators of ordinary water.
Example 4. It is proposed to use Tala melt water as a working agent. Water can be obtained in various ways. For example, the construction of refrigeration units in latitudes is necessary. The air temperature throughout the year does not allow water to freeze naturally. In this case, refrigeration units can be installed directly at the distribution points of the injected water, preparing it, at compressor-pumping stations (CNS), etc. ° C), thaws, after which it is pumped into the reservoir.
In the northern latitudes in autumn and winter, the period of melt water can be obtained by keeping the water under natural conditions until it freezes. After this, the mobile foam generating installations of PUF, which are located in the fields, water is heated before thawing and then pumped into the formation. In spring and summer, when the ambient temperature is above 0 ° C, only refrigeration units for freezing water are needed, and thawing occurs already under natural conditions.
Also tala water can be obtained naturally from rivers, lakes, seas during the period of spring and ice in the northern latitudes.
At this point, we can recommend pumping water into the strata of these reservoirs.
