Индикатор 1 включен последовательно в магистраль 2, соедин ющую вакуумный присос 3 с источником 4 разрежени . Мембрана 6 раздел ет корпус индикатора 1 на две камеры - приемную и измерительную. Входной канал 7 приемной камерыо сообщен с полостью вакуумного присоса 3, а ее выходной канал 8 - с источником 4 разрежени . При наличии детали в вакуумном присосе давление в приемной камере падает и мембрана 6 прогибаетс , при .этом флажок 10, св занный с мембраной , перекрывает поток излучени между све- тодиодом и фотодиодом оптозлектронной пары.
