Изобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству и обеспечивает повышение производительности и качества разделени . Лента 1 выполнена пористой и установлена на направл щих валках.Валки верхней ветви установлены друг относительно друга со смещением в вертикальной плоскости и расположены в двух уровн х. Валки одного уровн расположены симметрично относительно продольной оси ленты 1 и под углом к вертикальной плоскости. Угол наклона валков 9 верхнего уровн превышает угол наклона валков 9 нижнего уровн . Суспензи подаетс на ленту 1 посредством тру- бопровода 6 со спринклерными- головками 7. Из бункера 4 на ленту 1 подаетс фильтрующий материал и разравниваетс гребенкой 5. Илова вода впитываетс порами фильтрующего материала и проходит в поток 11. Ил остаетс на поверхности ленты при перемещении ленты по валкам 9 и 10, кра ленты опускаютс и поднимаютс , ослабл или увеличива усилие в слое. Поверхность сло загрузки растрескиваетс и фильтраци осуществл етс через внутреннюю поверхность трещин. 3 з. п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to agriculture and provides for improved productivity and quality of separation.
