(54) LUBRICANTS FOR ABRASIVE TREATMENT OF METALS
(57) The invention relates to lubricating compositions, in particular to a lubricant for the abrasive treatment of metals. In order to increase tool life and the quality of the treated surface, the lubricant has the following ratio of components, wt.%: Sulfur 20-30; mineral oil 3-5: molybdenum diselenide 5-10: polyisobutylene 0.3-0.5; boron nitride 15-20; ferric chloride 3-5; ferric sulfate 3-5: oleic acid 15-20; stearic acid else. The lubricant provides a reduction in the surface roughness of polished steel R6M5 1.4-2.6 times and steel R12FZ 1.4-1.7 times compared with the known lubricant, 2 tab.
Изобретение относитс к области смазок дл абразивной обработки металлов, а именно к составам смазок, наносимых на рабочую поверхность абразивного инструмента .The invention relates to the field of lubricants for the abrasive treatment of metals, namely to lubricant compositions applied to the working surface of an abrasive tool.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the tool life and improve the quality of the machined surface when processing materials with a low grinding coefficient.
д.а,To prepare the lubricant, stearic acid, oleic acid, sulfur, molybdenum diselenide, polyisobutylene, mineral oil, boron nitride, ferric chloride and iron sulfate are used.
The introduction of oleic acid in the amount of 15-20 may. % contributes to reducing the strength of the surface layers of the metal being processed, which has a positive effect on the formation of surface quality. The introduction of sulfate and chloride

Введение нитрида бора снижает теплонапр женность процесса шлифовани при температуре в зоне резани выше 700°С, так как нитрид бора устойчив против окислени на воздухе и не реагирует с железом.iron reduces the temperature in the cutting zone, because when heated in the range of 75–500 ° C, iron hydrates, having from 2 to 9 water molecules, lose hydrated water, decompose, absorbing heat from the cutting zone, and thus the temperature in cutting area. The introduction of boron nitride reduces the thermal stability of the grinding process at a temperature in the cutting zone above 700 ° C, since boron nitride is resistant to oxidation in air and does not react with iron.
Abrasive grease is made as follows.
Stearic acid is heated to 65-75 ° C, with vigorous stirring sulfur, mineral oil, polyisobutylene, oleic acid, molybdenum diselenide, boron nitride, chloride, iron, ferrous sulfate are introduced successively, then the mass is heated to 85-90 ° C, maintained 5 min and

После охлаждени брикеты смазки извлекакупиз форм.continuing to mix, poured into molds. After cooling, the lubrication briquettes remove the molds.
По указанной технологии получены образцы , состав которых приведен о табл.1 (там же приведен состав известной смазки ).By this technology, samples were obtained, the composition of which is given on Table 1 (the composition of the known lubricant is also given there)
The proposed compositions of solid lubricants are tested in comparison with the known. Samples of hardened high-speed steel R6M5 and R12FZ are grinded according to the mortise grinding scheme on a machine without supplying coolant technological media to the cutting zone. Solid lubricant is applied to the working surface of the wheel as it rotates. Before applying a solid lubricant, the circle is right with a diamond pencil. The quality of the lubricant is assessed by the durability of the wheel to its blunting and roughness of the treated surface.
2.The results of testing the lubricants are given in Table 2.
As follows from table.2. the resistance of the circle with applied solid lubricant of the proposed composition, expressed by the number of double strokes before the appearance of burns
7%7Note. In all formulations of stearic acid - up to 100 wt7% 7
поверхности шлифуемого образца закаленной стали, повышаетс в 1,6-1,7 раза (Р6М5) и в 2,6-3,0 раза (Р12ФЗ) по сравнению с известной твердой смазкой.the surface of the ground sample of hardened steel, increased 1.6-1.7 times (R6M5) and 2.6-3.0 times (R12FZ) compared with the known solid lubricant.
The proposed lubricant provides a reduction in the surface roughness of grinding steel R6M5 1.4-2.0 times and steel R12FZ 1.4-1.7 times compared with the known.
