Description
The invention relates to the recycling of spent rubber products and can be applied, in particular, when grinding used tires of all kinds.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of grinding.
The method consists in that worn pockets are put on the shaft, which is then installed in a rotator above a vessel filled with water. On the side, above the vessel with water, an abrasive plate is brought to the abraded surface of the tires. After that, the drive of the rotator and the feeding mechanism of the plate are turned on. The tires rotate at a constant linear velocity of the abradable surface with simultaneous feed of the plate in the direction of the shaft axis. In the process of contacting the surface of the tire with an abrasive plate, continuous tire abrasion occurs on small particles deposited on the surface of the water in the vessel. Metallic particles settle to the bottom, and rubber and
Поэтому при каждом обороте шин истираема поверхность успенлет и износитьс , и охладитьс , и высохнуть, чтобы каждыйtissue is retained on the surface from where it enters the separation device. During the abrasion process, the tires are cooled outside the zone of contact with the abrasive tool by immersing their lower part in water up to the bead ring. After cooling, the remaining water on the surface of the tires is removed under the action of centrifugal forces, while the tires are abraded into fine fractions of up to 20 microns without burning and dust. And the abrasive plate does not stick with very little wear. Due to the rapid rotation of the tires and, accordingly, significant centrifugal forces developing on the abradable surface, the residual coolant is detached from the tire section that just left the cooling zone, despite the very short movement time of this section outside the cooling zone. Therefore, with each turn of the tire, the abrasion of the surface timeliness and wear, and cool, and dry, so that each

A new act of abrasion took place under conditions of dry friction.
Посто нство линейной скорости истираемой поверхности шин необходимо дл того, чтобы обеспечить посто нным услови истирани .The linear speed of the abraded tire surface is necessary in order to ensure a constant abrasion condition.
Example. Crushing is subjected to worn tires from cars VAZ (Zhiguli). 3-5 tires are put on the shaft made of pipe (their number may be more), they are compressed using hydraulic devices until the opposite inner walls of the tire touch and fixed in this position with the help of special discs and locks-clamps. The shaft with spikes is fixed in a special rotator. Under the shaft with tires have a vessel with coolant. The uropic fluid in the vessel is chosen such that the lower part of the tire is buried about 250 mm into it. Under these conditions, the length of the treadmill in the submerged position is about 500 mm. After securing the tire shaft, the rotator drive is turned on and a flat abrasive tool mounted on a special feeding device is fed to the tire treadmill. The bottom edge of the flat tool is approximately 100 mm above the coolant level. After the tool touches the treadmill of the tire, it is fed in the direction of the axis of the rotating shaft automatically at a speed of 90-110 mm / min. In this case, the initial speed of rotation of the shaft corresponds to 1000 rpm, which automatically increases synchronously with a decrease in the diameter of the tires. About 145 seconds spent on tire abrasion from the surface of the treadmill to the side ring

The bead ring is not comminuted for the reason that in this part of the tire the predominant material is metal and not rubber. In addition, the abrasion rate of this part of the tire decreases sharply, which significantly affects the overall performance of the work.
During the abrasion process, the crushed product gets on the surface of the coolant, and the buried and rapidly rotating tires cause a bubbling effect, which contributes; efficient separation of heavy metal particles of crushed steel cord or the rest of the mass and their deposition on the bottom of the vessel with the liquid. The product remaining on the surface of the liquid is removed by means of a conveyor device to further separate the rubber from the crushed fabric cord using vibrating devices.
The crushed separated components can be used for their intended purpose, each separately.
