The device works as follows.
When voltage is applied to the input of the power charging circuit through separation capacitor 2, the bridge circuit of the full-wave rectifier 1 starts charging storage capacitor 7 along the circuit: power supply - separation capacitor 2 - rectifier 1 - the first primary winding 4 of the pulse transformer 3 - capacitor 7 - rectifier 1 - supply network. In this case, a current pulse occurs in the first primary winding 4 of the pulse transformer 3, which induces a current pulse in the secondary winding 6, which causes the battery 6 to charge the winding 6 along the circuit 6 - diode 9 - shunt 13 - battery
10 — winding 6. The discharge of the capacitor 7 is effected when a pulse is applied to the control electrode of the thyristor 8 from the control circuit 18. The discharge is carried out along the circuit capacitor 7 - thyristor 8 - second primary winding 5 - capacitor 7. During the discharge of capacitor 7 in winding 5, a current pulse occurs, which induces a current pulse in the secondary winding 6, which charges the battery 10 notes of the same circuit as in the case of a pulse in the primary winding 4. The capacitance values of the capacitors 2 and 7 are chosen so that during the half-period of the power supply network of the capacitor 2 it is charged once before the supply voltage, and the capacitor 7 in the head ing on the ratio of containers 2 and 7, Thus, the capacitor 7 can
0 to be discharged during the power supply half-cycle the same number of times
As is known, when the ratio of the capacitors of the separation and storage capacitors is 2, the frequency of the alternating current in the network is 50 Hz, the pulse frequency is 350 Hz. Increasing the capacitance ratio increases the pulse frequency. So, with a capacitance ratio of 8, the pulse frequency reaches 1800 Hz. The discharge of the capacitor 7 should be carried out with a frequency not exceeding the period of its charge. As a result, the frequency of the pulses in the secondary winding 6 of the transformer 3 is twice the charging frequency of the capacitor 7, since the pulses in the winding 6 occur both when charging and when the capacitor 7 is discharged. The charging current through the battery 10 flows when exceeding the voltage 0 in the winding 6 with respect to the voltage of the charged battery 10. Therefore, at the end of the half-cycle of the supply network, when the voltage of the pulses in the winding 6 is lower than the voltage of the charged battery of the 5 torus 10, the charging current flows through the battery 10 stopped aets (FIG. 3). The process of discharge of the battery 10 along the circuit of the positive terminal of the battery 10 - shunt 13 of the ammeter 14, active resistance 11 - closed switch 12 - negative terminal of the battery 10 begins. The active resistance 11 is chosen so that the current of the battery 10 flows through it 10-20 times
10.5 less than the average value of the battery charge current 10.
The control circuit 18 operates as follows.
23,When voltage is applied to the input of the power supply unit 19, a voltage appears at its output, which is fed to the input of the stabilizer 20. At the same time, the current passing through the resistor 27, the zener diodes 28 and 29, provides a stabilized voltage by the zener diode 28. From the output of the stabilizer 20 the voltage of the stabilizer, the voltage is applied to the master oscillator 21, which begins to work with a switching frequency, depending on the parameters of the capacitors 33 and 34 and resistors 36 and 37. A smooth control range of the switching frequency of the generator is carried out mennym resistance 23,
The output of the generator 21 is connected to the base of the transistor 39 of the former 22 mm pulses. The collector circuit of transistor 39 includes the primary winding of a pulse transformer 40, with the secondary winding of which through a diode 41 a pulse is fed to the control electrode of thyristor 8. Due to the fact that the frequency of charging pulses determines the average value of the charging current in the battery battery 10, the charging current is established by varying the frequency of the master oscillator 21. During the charging process, as the voltage on the charged battery 10 increases, the average charge current decreases as the voltage on the battery Ua6 increases, and The voltage of the pulses of the charging current 3 in the secondary winding 6 of the pulse transformer 3 remains unchanged. When the voltage on the battery 10 exceeds the voltage of the current pulses, a discharge current p occurs in the winding 6. With an ordinary charge of the battery 10 without reversing the current, i.e. in the absence of the need to conduct the molding cycle of the battery 10, the switch 12 is turned off.
The use of the proposed device will make it possible to reduce the weight and size parameters by using the frequency multiplication circuit (separation and storage capacitors connected via a rectifier) in combination with a pulse transformer with two primary windings, one of which is connected via a controlled key element.
In this case, the device achieves an increase in efficiency due to the use of the energy of the charge and the discharge of the storage capacitor to charge the battery.
