Abstract
The invention relates to equipment for arc welding and is intended to supply a constant current arc. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of welding by increasing the stability of the arc in small welding conditions and reducing the weight and dimensions of the welding throttle. The welding arc is powered through two windings of the throttles, with the currents in the windings changing in antiphase relative to the common constant component. In this case, magnetic cores of both windings with a common section are used, the magnetic conductivity of which exceeds the conductivity of other sections of the magnetic system and which is magnetized by the joint operation of the windings. These features of the construction of the magnetic system enhance the effect of EMF of mutual induction. This makes it possible to delay the fronts of current changes. Due to this, it is possible to improve the quality of welding at low currents and reduce the weight and dimensions of the throttles, since a smaller number of turns and a cross section of the throttle magnetic core are required to create the same rate of current change. In this case, the welding current control function is transferred to the external circuit, which expands the possibilities of current control. 2 Il. cl
Description
Изобретение относитс к оборудованию дл дуговой сварки и предназначено дл питани сварочной дуги посто нным током .The invention relates to equipment for arc welding and is intended to supply the welding arc with direct current.
Целью изобретени вл етс увеличение стабильности сварки в области малых токов, снижение массы и габаритов сварочного дроссел .The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of welding in the field of low currents, reducing the weight and dimensions of the welding choke.
Figure 1 shows a device for implementing the method; in fig. 2 - forms of change of currents in the windings.
The method is carried out as follows.
In the two windings of the choke, currents h and h are created, the law of change of which is shown
As can be seen from Fig. 1, the current in each winding varies from some predetermined positive minimum to a maximum in antiphase relative to a common constant component. At the same time in each winding induced EMF mutual induction. Due to the EMF of the mutual induction, the voltage applied to each winding is reduced.
A decrease in voltage, as a difference in its components, leads to a decrease in the rate of change of current in the windings.
In the area of low welding currents, the mutual tightening of the fronts of current changes in the windings leads to the exclusion

случайных обрывов дуги, повышает ее эластичность и стабильность сварки.random arc breaks, increases its elasticity and stability of welding.
Параметры дроссел должны быть выбраны таким образом, чтобы во всем диапазоне изменени сварочного тока общий участок не достигал насыщени .The fluxes caused by currents in one and the other windings are summed in the common section of both magnetic cores and, at high current values, the constant components of these fluxes cause the magnetization of the common section. As a result, the effect of EMF of mutual induction is enhanced. Throttle parameters should be selected in such a way that in the whole range of welding current variation the common area does not reach saturation.
A decrease in the rate of change of current in the windings can be compensated for by a proportional decrease in the inductance of the choke, i.e. reducing the number of turns of the windings and the cross section of the magnetic circuit.
Таким образом, сочетание основных условий осуществлени способа питани сварочной дуги, а именно определенного закона изменени токов в обмотках дроссел и особенностей построени магнитной системы, уменьшает весогабаритные показатели дроссел .Thus, the combination of the basic conditions for the implementation of the power supply of the welding arc, namely, a certain law of variation of currents in the windings of the throttles and peculiarities of the construction of the magnetic system, reduces the weight and dimensions of the throttles.
The proposed method is implemented, for example, using a device (Fig. 1). The magnetic circuit 1 of the throttles is made with a medium rom, windings 2 and 3 of the throttles and non-magnetic gaps 4 and 5 are located on the upper and lower flanges. Winding throttle ichlyucheny according to. One end of each winding is connected to the electrode 6, and the other end of each winding is connected via a separate semiconductor switch 7, 8 to the positive terminal of the direct current source. Between each key and the corresponding end of the winding is connected to the shunt diode 9 and 10. The anode diodes are connected to a common minus.
The implementation of the method using this device allows, using a system of semiconductor switches 7 and 8 and shunt diodes 9 and 10, to set the required law
The consonant inclusion of the windings creates a match in the direction of the magnetic fluxes in the middle rail. The constant components of the flux magnetize the mean PMO.
Compared with the prototype, the proposed method allows to improve the quality of welding at small modes by eliminating accidental interruptions of the arc during ignition and during the welding process, to facilitate welding
При необходимости возможно снизить нижний предел регулировани сварочного тока.by increasing the elasticity of the arc. If necessary, it is possible to lower the lower limit of the welding current adjustment.
Thus, the technical and economic effect is achieved by increasing the arc stability at low welding conditions and reducing the weight and dimensions of the welding throttle by 1.5-2 times.
