The device (Fig. 2) includes a tank 1, a pump 2, a thermostat 3, a flow meter 4, and a measuring tube. Water is installed on the measuring tube on the jacket 5, electric heater b, wound from nichrome wire with constant pitch, liquid mass average temperature meters 7 and differential thermocouples 8-10, measuring respectively the wall temperature tc at the end of the tube, the average mass temperature IK of the liquid at the end tube and the mass-average temperature tn fluid at the beginning of the tube. To eliminate heat leaks from the heater 6 to the environment, the measuring tube is equipped with a security heater system 11. Autotransformer 12 provides the ability to vary the voltage on the heater 6, and the wattmeter 13 serves to measure the power P consumed by the heater 6. With high-quality operation of the heated heaters 11, ensuring complete elimination of heat leaks from the main heater 6 to the environment, power meter 13 can be used to determine the heat flow QC using the formula:
п - Р.. 9е -сГ- I p - R .. 9e-sG- I
где Р - мощность, потребл ема нагревателем 6;where P is the power consumed by the heater 6;
6.d, I, respectively, the internal diameter and length of the pipe section on which the heater 6 is installed.
6.In addition, the installation includes a heat meter 14, for example, of a thermopile type, mounted on the wall of the measuring tube under the heater 6 and a voltmeter 15. The heat meter 14 and the voltmeter 15 allow direct measurement of the heat flux qc supplied to the liquid under study from the heater 6.
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
The test liquid A from the tank 1 is pumped by the pump 2 through the thermostat 3 and the measuring tube so that the flow rate is constant, and the flow of the fluid in the measuring tube is laminar. The presence of a laminar flow mode in the measuring tube is monitored by the indications of the flow meter 4. The required initial temperature of the test liquid A is maintained by passing it through thermostat 3, as well as by passing water-heat carrier B from thermostat 3 through the water jacket 5. After leaving from the zone of the water jacket 5, the flow of the test liquid is heated by a thermal flow uniformly distributed over the surface of the tube wall by an electric heater 6. With the help of thermocouples 10, 9 installed in the measurement Ithel x 7, measured temperature tH, tK sample liquid at the beginning and at the end of the measuring tube, and a thermocouple 8 was measured temperature tc sten- ki at the end of the tube. By changing the number of revolutions of the pump 2, the flow rate q of the liquid under study is changed through the tube and, as a result, the installation is set in such a way that the ratio

In this case, the error in determining the thermal diffusivity (Fig. 1) does not exceed 9%, and the thermal conductivity 6 ... 7%.
С использованием данного изобретени могут быть исследованы жидкости, не допускающие длительного нагрева, который вли ет на их теплофизические характеристики .Using this invention, liquids that do not allow prolonged heating, which affects their thermophysical characteristics, can be investigated.
