Устройство содержит транспортное средство 1, на котором имеютс две стойки (С) 4 и размещенной на них планетарный редуктор(ПР)8с гибким валом 9 от двигател транспортного средства К центральному валу-колесу ПР 8 подсоедин етс пробоотборник дл льда, а к водилу - кольцева фреза дл образовани в лед ном покрове водоема майны большого диаметра .
