Description
The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to prepare backfill mixtures in underground mining of mineral deposits with the laying of a goaf.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of preparation of the composition and disposal of waste production of phenol.
%:The composition of the filling mixture includes an inert aggregate, in the ground - granulated ground granulated slag, a hardening activator - phenol production waste and water in the following ratio of components, May. %:

To prepare a bookmark from the above ratio of components, a smaller amount of blast furnace slag is needed, since it, together with the waste from the production of phenol, is a cheaper and active lubricant composition. The activator of the hardening process in its chemical composition contains 94% CaCO3; 4% CaO, up to 0.1% of phenol in the form of onstrium salts of CbNbOMa, also 1.9% of NaOH and Na2C3.

Шламы, вл сь мелкодисперсным материалом с большой степенью насыщени , заполн ют межзерновые пространства заполнител песка, что сказываетс на повышении цементирующих свойств композиции .not only solving the storage problem, but also has a positive effect on improving the strength characteristics of the hardening foundation, from which artificial arrays are formed in underground conditions. This is due to the fact that these slimes, which are formed in the process of caustification of soda solutions with lime, contain mainly CaCO3 and CaO, which, in combination with the blast furnace slag, has a positive effect on increasing the strength of the monolithic foundation. Alkaline sludge compounds have an effective effect on increasing the hydraulic activity of the blast furnace slag, accelerating the hydration processes and slag curing. The sludge, being a finely dispersed material with a high degree of saturation, fills the intergranular spaces of the sand aggregate, which results in an increase in the cementing properties of the composition.
Example. The mixture, which consists of phenol production waste, granulated blast-furnace slag, ground in an MBL ball mill of 0.28 x 0.50 m according to the method of Giprotsement to a fineness of 55% of the class of 0.074 mm, inert aggregate is shut off with water and thoroughly mixed by hand. During the preparation, the experimental filling mixture was constantly stirred in the tank and, if necessary, topped up with water for

Через 28 сут хранени в нормальных услови х при тем- пературе +20° С и влажности 100% образцы испытывают на одноосное сжатие на гидравлическом прессе ПСУ-10.obtaining a consistency of a bookmark with a draft of a cone of 10-11 cm, which is measured using a standard StroyCNI-la cone according to GOST 5802-78 (performed by the department to ensure transportability of the bookmark by pipeline). The mixture is filled into molds for making cubic samples with a fin size of 70 mm. After 28 days of storage under normal conditions at a temperature of + 20 ° C and a humidity of 100%, the samples are tested for uniaxial compression on a PSU-10 hydraulic press.
In the same way prepare a mixture with a different ratio of components. The different compositions of filling mixtures, their cost and the results of testing for strength are shown in the table.
