The invention relates to a sorption technique, in particular, to methods for producing filters for the purification of gaseous media from organic vapors. The purpose of the invention is to increase the specific surface area, the sorption capacity for organic substances and strength, reduce the sorption capacity for water and the dusting of the material and enable the use of low molecular weight polymers. Silica gel, previously hydrophobized with 0.1-2.0% NGL-94 emulsion, is mixed with an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide, or polyvinyl alcohol or polyacrylic acid or hydroxyethylcellulose in the following ratio of components: water 1000 - 1500 parts by weight, polymer 15 - 30 wt. parts by weight, porophore 1 to 2 parts by weight, silica gel 200 to 500 parts by weight, after which the mixture is applied to a nonwoven base. 2 tab.
Description
The invention relates to a sorption technique, in particular to methods for producing filters for the purification of gaseous media from organic vapors.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the specific surface area, the sorption capacity for organic substances and strength, the decrease in the sorption capacity for water and the dusting of the material.
Example 1. Powdered silica gel brand KSK-2 fraction of 0.25-0.6 mm in the amount of 350 wt.h. treated with polysiloxane - an excess of a hydrophobic emulsion of NGL-94 with a concentration of 1.0 wt.%, separating the powder from the liquid phase, drying until the moisture disappears on the surface of the sorbent, and then mixing . polyacrylamide, 1200 wt.h. water and 1.5 wt.h. porous and applied to non-woven fiber
ч., с одновременной продувкой воздуха при 25°С в течение 20 мин, после чего сушат 1 ч при 140°С до полного удалени воды.base (lavsan 70%, viscose 30%), taken in an amount of 100 parts by weight, with simultaneous blowing of air at 25 ° C for 20 minutes, then dried for 1 hour at 140 ° C until complete removal of water.
1.Other examples of the implementation of the method are given in table.1.
The resulting material was investigated using sorption and physico-mechanical methods of analysis.
In tab. 2 shows the data on the sorption capacity of the samples for the standard organic benzene vapor and water, as well as the strength of the material and its ability to dusting.
A number of samples obtained by the proposed method were tested for sorption capacity with respect to benzene with preliminary adsorption of water on these samples at relative humidity

The obtained results are presented in Table 3, from which it is clear that the samples obtained by the prototype method, after pre-saturation with water, almost completely lose their sorption capacity with respect to benzene. The adsorption material obtained by the inventive method has, by an order of magnitude, a higher similar value. Tab. 3 also illustrates the significant superiority of the proposed samples over the prototype in terms of the specific surface area determined by the thermal desorption of argon.
Thus, the data presented show that obtaining an adsorption material using the proposed method allows to increase its strength, reduce dusting, increase the specific surface area and sorption capacity for vapors of organic substances, reduce the water-holding capacity and
The result is a significant increase in the sociability of samples exposed to moisture in pairs of organic substances.
