Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering.
The aim of the invention is to increase the durability of the mechanism by adjusting the magnitude of the torque and reducing dynamic loads.
1.In FIG. 1 shows a pulsed planetary gear; in FIG. 2 is a section AA in FIG. 1.
Опора 7 через зубчатое зацепление (колесо 9 - рейка 10) связана с регулятором (не показан).The pulsed planetary mechanism contains a carrier 1, satellites 2 located in it with grooves 3, in which loads 4 are mounted with the possibility of moving along them. The central wheel 5 is engaged with the satellites 2. The levers 6 are pivotally connected to the loads 4 at one end and the support with the other 7. which, through a rod 8 having the same length with levers 6, is pivotally connected to the carrier 1. The support 7 is connected to a regulator (not shown) through gearing (wheel 9 - rack 10).
Pulse planetary mechanism operates as follows.
Благодаря наличию тяги 8, длина которой равна длине рычагов 6, траектория движения груза 4 при вращении сателлита обязательно пройдет через ось сателлита, что обеспечивает возможность перевода грузов из любого положения на оси сателлитов и фиксации их в этом положении, необходимой для отключения ведомого звена (разрыва силового потока).When the carrier 1 rotates, each satellite 2 rolls around the central wheel 5, while the loads 4 slide along the grooves 3. With the fixed position of the support 7, set using the regulator, the connection of the load 4 with the lever 6 allows it to move in a circle whose radius depends on the position supports 7 and the length of the lever 6. Since the loads 4 all the time remain on one side of the satellite 2, the moment excited from the portable centrifugal inertia force on the central wheel 5 is alternating. When the support 7 is displaced, the radius of the circle changes, which leads to a change in the maximum distance of the loads from the axes of the satellites and, as a consequence, to a change in the limiting value of the torque. Due to the presence of a rod 8, the length of which is equal to the length of the levers 6, the trajectory of the load 4 during the rotation of the satellite will necessarily pass through the axis of the satellite, which makes it possible to transfer goods from any position on the axis of the satellites and fix them in this position, necessary to disconnect the driven link (gap power flow).
Providing the ability to move the load along the satellite groove without impact interactions in combination with the ability to control the limiting value of the torque makes it possible to reduce dynamic loads in the mechanism, including during start-up, run-out, and under shock loads of resistance, and thereby increase its durability.
