The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed by reducing the effect of charge overloading pulses. The charging preamplifier contains an operational amplifier 1, transistors 2 and 3, diodes 4-7, resistor 8 and feedback capacitor 9, reference source 10 and resistors 11-14. When overloading charge pulses arrive at the input of the device through the transistor 3, the diode 7 and the transistor 2, a current flows due to this excessive charge. In this case, the operational amplifier 1 operates in a linear mode. Upon termination of the input overload charge, the transistor 3 and the diode 7 are closed. The locking time of the transistor 3 is determined by its base-emitting capacitance and the value of resistor 14. After closing transistor 3 and diode 7 and the decay time has elapsed, the device is ready to receive the following T. input inputs. Resistors 12 and 13 eliminate the output signal range by decreasing the base-emitter voltage of transistor 2, ensuring optimal operation and stable operation of the operational amplifier 1. 1 or 3

The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed by reducing the effect of charge overloading pulses.
The drawing shows a circuit diagram of the proposed device.
The charge sensitive preamplifier contains an operational amplifier 1, the first 2 and second 3 transistors, the first 4, the second 5, the third 6 and the fourth 7 diodes, a resistor 8 and a feedback capacitor 9, a reference voltage source 10, and

Zar desensitive preamplifier works as follows.
The measured negative charge pulses Q are fed to the input of the device. This charge is distributed between the input capacitance of the CW device, which is defined as the sum of the capacitance of the detector Cd and the input capacitance of the operational amplifier 1 Concentrator and the feedback capacitance Soi. The latter is the capacitance of feedback capacitor 9. The assumption that the total charge Q collected by the detector is divided by the charges QBX and QO which are received respectively into the capacitance GCX and C0 c are obtained

т.е. Thus, the presence of negative feedback on charge stabilizes not only the operational amplifier 1, but also the source of the charge.
The rise time of the output pulse (tH) at the output of the device is determined by the time of charge collection in the ionizing radiation detector, and the constant decay of the output signal rc is equal to the product of the resistance and capacitance values of the resistor 8 and feedback capacitor 9.

If scintillation detectors are used, then rc is selected from the condition of maximum signal-to-noise ratio and is typically 1 µs. In this case, the feedback capacitance Co.c is selected as low as possible to obtain a large coefficient

If the amplitude of the output voltage pulses does not exceed the voltage of the voltage source 10, then the second transistor 3 and the fourth diode 1 are closed and do not affect the operation of the device, since the parasitic capacitance collector-base of the second transistor 3 is connected in parallel with the input capacitance of the device, and the parasitic capacitance of the closed fourth diode 7 is connected through the open third diode 6 to the source of the reference voltage 10. Thus, these capacitors are not connected in parallel with the capacitor, do not change its values and thus do not affect The conversion rate of the device.
