The switching current in the base circuit of the power transistor 1 occurs in three stages.
At the first stage, the control transistor 12 is opened by the signal of the pulse-width modulator of the unit 18, and the control transistor 13 is closed by the RS-trigger signal 19. In this case, the auxiliary voltage source E passes through the resistor 14. In the primary winding to the secondary winding of the control transformer 10 and causes a blocking voltage at the base of the power transistor 1. The magnitude of this voltage is determined by the resistor 11. The power transistor 1 turns on at times when the output of the b block And the control 18 to the S input of the RS flip-flop 19 receives a voltage pulse of positive polarity (Fig. 26). As a result of this voltage jump, a positive polarity pulse arises at the output of the RS flip-flop 19 (Fig. 2c), which ensures that the transistor is turned on. 13 controls The control transistor 12 is pulsed from the output of the control unit 18. A change in the states of the transistors 12 and 13 of the control causes a change in the polarity of the voltage in the winding of the transformer 10. As a result of this voltage switching, the power transistor 1 goes from the off state to the deep saturation mode and a voltage pulse is generated in the primary winding of the output transformer 2, which is determined by the voltage of the power source Ep.
This state in the circuit lasts as long as the output from | The control unit 18 produces a positive polarity voltage drop (Fig. 2a), which causes the control transistor 12 to turn on. Since the control transistor 13 is kept in the on state by the control pulse (Fig. 2c) from the output of the RS flip-flop 19, there is no voltage in the winding of the transformer 10.
The state of the circuit in which the o & a of the transistor 12 and 13 of the control is open 1 characterizes the second stage of operation of the device. At this stage
После выхода силового транзистора 1 из режима глубокого насыщени напр жени на его переходе коллектор эмиттер начинает возрастать и схема переходит в состо ние третьего этапа работы.due to the absence of voltage at the base – emitter junction of the power transistor 1, the minority carriers dissolve and the junction capacitance through the resistor 11 is discharged, which leads to the potential equalization along the base surface. After the output of the power transistor 1 from the state of deep saturation of the voltage at its transition, the collector emitter begins to increase and the circuit goes into the state of the third stage of operation.
2г), которое воздействует на R-ЕХОД RS-триггера 19, В результате такого воздействи триггер переходит в нупевое состо ние и силовой транзистор 1 и транзистор 16 запираютс .Before the circuit goes to the state of the third stage, the transistor 16 in the base-emitter circuit is in the Enabled state, since the positive voltage drop from the RS-trggger 19 output and the signal from the current sensor 3 output causes a positive voltage at the output of the And 20 cell. An increase in the voltage across the collector of the power transistor 1 to a value greater than the direct voltage drop across the diode 15 and the collector-emitter junction of the transistor 16 causes current to flow through it. This current, flowing through the input circuit of the current sensor 17, causes the appearance of a pulse voltage at its output (Fig. 2d), which acts on the R-EQUIPMENT of the RS flip-flop 19. As a result of such an impact, the trigger goes into the rest state and the power transistor 1 and transistor 16 are locked.
After locking the power transistor 1, the circuit is in the state of the third stage of operation, which is the starting point for repeating the switching mode. At this stage, due to the turned on state of the transistor 12 control, a block voltage is applied to the base of the power transistor 1 through the transformer 10. The voltage form on the secondary winding of the transformer 10 is shown in FIG.
Повышение надежности работы устройства обеспечиваетс за счет устранени локальной динамической пере- грузки кристалла силового транзистора .Improving the reliability of the device is provided by eliminating the local dynamic overload of the power transistor crystal.
The step locking of the power transistor is caused by the need for resorption of the basic charge carriers without the application of a forcing pulse to the locking. At the stage of locking

ни в момент окончани рассасывани зар дов начинает активно работать вс рабоча плоскость кристалла, что не вызывает градиента потенциала.nor at the moment of the end of the absorption of the charges, the entire working plane of the crystal begins to work actively, which does not cause a potential gradient.
The technical and economic efficiency of the invention is to increase the switched DC voltage at maximum currents from the limit level indicated in the technical conditions to the maximum, which usually exceeds the limit by almost 2 times. This increases the reliability of the power transistor at least 2 times.
