Abstract

The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used to determine oil contaminations of the surface properties of an enamelling, galvanizing and painting in an aqueous medium. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and productivity of the determination of the area of oily contaminants by wetting the body surface with condensation. When determining the area of oil pollution, the product is cooled, and then kept for 10-300 s in air with a humidity of 60-80% and with a temperature of 1-10 ° C above the temperature of the product. The surface area contaminated with oil is uncoated with condensate.

Description

The invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used to determine the area of oil contamination of the surfaces of products during enamelling, galvanizing and painting in the aquatic environment.

The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy and productivity of determining the area of oil contaminants.

The method is carried out as follows.

The product to be controlled is cooled, and then kept for 10-300 s in air with a humidity of 60-80% and with a temperature of 1-10 ° C above the temperature of the product. At the same time, water vapor is condensed on an oil-free surface in the form of a liquid or ice, and the oily surface remains dry if the concentration of oil contaminants is in the range of 1-104-1 105 mg / g. Using a planimeter or other gauge

измер ют площадь поверхности издели , непокрытую конденсатом, по которой суд т о площади масл ных загр знений.the surface area of the product, uncovered with condensate, is measured, by which the area of oily contaminants is judged.

Claims (1)

Claims The method of determining the surface area of oil contaminants of a product surface is that the surface of the tea is applied a layer of water and one of the parameters of the oil contamination is measured by which the area of the oil contamination of the surface is measured, characterized in that In order to increase the accuracy and productivity of determining the area of oil contamination, the product is pre-cooled, and a layer of water is applied by holding the product for 10-300 seconds in air with a humidity of 60-80% and with a temperature of 1-10 ° C at above the temperature of the product and measure the surface area uncoated with condensate, which is selected as the measured parameter. сwith Ю ЮYu Yu 1 о1 o
