Конструкци  многоствольной скважины включает полый отклон ющий клин (ПОК) 5, хвостовик 19, штангу 24 с опорными элементами 23 и породоразрушающим инструментом 21. Установлены ПОК 5 в основном 1, а хвостовик 19 в дополнительном 7 стволах скважины. Верхн   часть хвостовика 19 расположена над ПОК 5 и выполнена с окном 20 со стороны последнего. Хвостовик 19 снабжен средством св зи с ПОК 5 в виде упоров 32, 33 В начале бур т основной ствол 1 и укрепл ют его колонной 2 Затем опускают хвостовик 19 и ПОК 5 После формировани  дополнительного ствола 7 спускают в него обсадные трубы и цементируют Затем соедин ют хвостовик 19 с ПОК 5 и осуществл ют цементирование скважины Промывают основной 1 и дополнительный 7 стволы скважины.
