The purpose of the invention is to reduce non-linear distortions at low-voltage polarized power. The power amplifier contains a push-pull terminal cascade on complementary transistors 1 and 2, each of which is connected according to a common emitter circuit, the first and second differential stages, the first and second pre-terminal stages with dynamic loads, and the reference source with AHVMH outputs. The fourth and fifth transistors 4 and 5 of the first and second differentials are supplied to the bays of the reference voltages of the reference voltage source. As a result, the first and second differential cascades form new loops of deep local or local feedback that establish the window window mode and the maximum correspondence. The usable pin in the static mode is self-equalized to the mill state, when the currents are equal in pairs. Moreover, the output voltage almost exactly corresponds to the half voltage of the power supply, and the AB mode for the push-pull terminal cascade transists. The power amplifier has no more than two transistors connected in series in any arm, which allows setting the reference current to apply it to a low-voltage power source. 1 il. "(L

The drawing shows a circuit diagram of the device.
7,The proposed MODIHOCTH amplifier contains the first and second transistors 1, 2 push-pull terminal cascade, the third and fourth transistors 3, 4 of the first differential cascade, the fifth and sixth transistors 5, 6 of the second differential cascade, the seventh and eighth transistors 7,
8 первого предоконечного каскада, дев тый и дес тый транзисторы 9, 10 второго предоконечного каскада, одиннадцатый , двенадцатый, тринадцатый транзисторы 11, 12, 13 и резистор 14 источника опорного напр жени .8 of the first pre-end cascade, the ninth and tenth transistors 9, 10 of the second pre-end cascade, the eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth transistors 11, 12, 13 and the resistor 14 of the voltage source.
The proposed power amplifier works as follows.
The seventh and eighth transistors 7, 8, as well as the ninth and tenth transistors 9, 10 create a preamplifier bridge with a high-impedance output, which has a large coefficient of voltage gain relative to the input signal, since the eighth and tenth transistors 8, 10 serve dynamic loads for the seventh and ninth transistors 7, 9, connected according to the scheme with a common emitter. The amplified signals at the outputs of the shoulders of the bridge are in-phase and are additionally amplified by the power of the first and the second transistors 1, 2 of the terminal push-pull stage. The operating mode of the current of the eighth and tenth transistors 8, 10 is set by the reference voltage of the reference voltage source from the eleventh transistor 11, which together with the eighth and tenth transistors 8, 10 performs the function of a branched current reflector. The current value is set by the resistor 14. Base-emitter loads serve as loads for the arms of the preamplifier bridge.

Since the bases of the fourth and p - transistors 4, 5 are supplied by the reference voltages from the source of the reference voltage, the equalities (1) are maintained by two loops of deep local negative feedback through the circuits included in the OE circuit of the third , of that 3, 5 and fourth, sixth 4, 6 transistors. In this case, the static mode will be achieved in the case when between the partial equalities (1) mutual correspondence I 15 is established. The first differential stage is controlled by the input voltage.

In this case, the output voltage almost exactly corresponds to half the voltage of the power source. The features of the operation of the power amplifier at the appearance of a useful signal are considered on the example of a positive increment of the input jQ on the level of rest. This increment is amplified by the seventh and ninth transistors 7 and 9 and causes a decrease in voltage at the bases of the second, third and first, sixth transistors 2, 3 and 1, 6. As a result, the static mode unbalances as in the final stage (first transistor 1 its current 1 (increases, the second transistor 20 2 current 1g decreases), so n n differential cascades (in the first current Ig decreases, current 14 increases, and in the second I. increases the current I, decreases). Then, according to 25 m (5), the proportionality coefficient between currents 1 and T {air As the ratio between currents I and 1 is monitored, the possibility of self-excitation due to it is suppressed by the deep negative feedback of the two connected circuits (transistors 3, 5 and 4, 6). The effect of the negative signal increment on the input will lead to the opposite change in currents and voltages in the device, so that, as follows from the above, the class AR mode for the first and second transistors 1, 2 of the push-pull terminal stage is realized.

The reactive load transistor 1 is followed by the next pickup to the fourth transistor 4, and the work of the locking second transistor 2 is accompanied by a decrease in the current supply from the fifth transistor 5. The role of the connection of the collector of the third transistor 3 to the emitter of the fifth transistor 5 and, respectively the collector of the sixth transistor 6 with the emitter of the third transistor 3 consists in the fact that, with the described action of the useful signal, an increase in the current 1 and a decrease in the current Ij discharges the function of antiphase adjustment of the coefficient Enhancement of both differential cascades, which allows to weaken the interconnection of currents I 4 and Ig, and strengthen the interconnection of currents 1 and 1 (according to (5), i.e. disrupt the automatic balance of currents of the static mode. The resulting local positive feedback (transistors 3 and 6) has a small gain, since the emitter resistors of the differential stages are shunted by the low output resistance of the fourth and fifth transistors 4 and 5, respectively
