Abstract

FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: oxides are blended with solver component in two stages: before separation of reduction and after it. The procedure is as follows: first solver is blended and not more than 70% of the total amount of MeO. Oxide is preliminarily uniformly distributed on the surface of silver powder. The obtained blend is reduced in hydrogen at 600 to 650 C during 1.5 h. Reduced powder is blended with tin and or copper oxides, or with their blend in the amount of at least 30%, pressed and oxidized at 700 to 800 C. After internal oxidation the contacts are repressed and sintered at 815 to 900 C during 1 to 1.5 h in the air, repressed once more and annealed at 500 C during 1 h in the air.
