Description
The invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to cable technology, in particular, to technological equipment for imposing shells of polymeric materials on conductor conductor.
The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities and increased productivity of the process.
FIG. 1 shows the extrusion on the head, front view; figure 2 - cutting teeth of knives at the time of cutting the wire, the section; in fig. 3 - cutting teeth of knives, side view.
Жила 6 проходит чере отверстие ножа 5, корпуса 4, дорна 2, матрицы 1 и центрируетс по оси с калибрующей частью отверсти ножа 5 с помощью поворотного ролика 14, имеющего возможность регулировани по высоте .The extrusion head consists of a matrix 1, a mandrel 2 and a holder 3, a cutting tool body 4 in which the knife 5 is fixedly mounted with spiral cutting teeth and with an aperture, the diameter of the calibrating part of which is greater than the diameter of the calibrating hole of the mandrel. half of the wire diameter of the core 6. A pulley 7 is mounted on the body 4 on ball bearings 8, with a cover 9 of which the knife 10 is connected with spiral cutting teeth that are conjugate in diameter to the cutting teeth of the knife 5, with the possibility of rotation and axial movement using adjustment screws 11 to set the optimum clearance between the oppositely directed cutting edges 12 and 13 of the teeth of the knives 5 and 10 along their conical surfaces. Moreover, the cutting edges 12 are formed along the outer conical surface and the inside cutting edges 13 along the inner ionic surface. The angle of inclination of the spirals of the cutting teeth to its axis at the fixed knife 5 is greater than the angle of inclination of the spirals of the cutting teeth of the movable knife 10. Knife H rotates in the direction opposite to the direction of winding of the core wire 6. The core 6 passes through the hole in the knife 5, body 4, mandrel 2, matrix 1, and axially centered with the calibrating portion of the aperture of the knife 5 by means of a rotary roller 14, which is adjustable in height.
The head works as follows
The insulated core 6 passes the cutting tool through the fixed knife 5 and the body 4 and then through the mandrel 2 and the matrix 1. The position of the insulated core 6 is adjusted by adjusting the position of the swivel roller 14.

The fixed part of the hole of the fixed knife 5, which is necessary to prevent damage to the wires of the core 6 by the cutting edges 12 and 13. Then, using the adjusting screws 11, an optimum gap is established between the cutting teeth that are matched in diameter, the blades 5 and 10 on their conical surfaces. When the wire moves, the opposite ends of the broken wires with a diameter up to 1 mm fall on the outer cutting edge 12 of one of the teeth of the fixed knife 5 and are cut off like scissors when they join with the opposite direction of the inside cutter. The second edge 13 of one of the teeth is rotating in the direction opposite to the direction of winding of the wires 6 of the knife 10. When the wires are formed by the cutting edges 12 and 13 of the teeth of the knives 5 and 10, they are simultaneously pulled into the twisted beam. Then, at the entrance of the section of the core 6 with the cut wire into the calibrating portion of the opening of the fixed knife 5, the cut end is smoothed, at which it is pressed into the bundle of twisted wires, the core 6 is calibrated. The calibrated core 6 freely passes through the mandrel and matrix, where it is covered with a sheath of polymer material.
When using the proposed extrusion head in comparison with a rototype, the formation of scratching of dangling wires of the covered twisted core and its breakage is eliminated, which improves the performance of the process of applying the insulating sheath and reduces the amount of waste materials used, as well as expanding the twisted head. the core can have any cross-section with wire diameter up to 1 mm.
