Устройство содержит корпус 1 с элементами 2,3 дл  креплени  канатов, в котором на оси, включающей неподвижную 4 и подвижную 5 полуоси, установлен барабан 6 дл  намотки каната, а также механизм фиксации барабана и пусковой механизм. Один из элементов дл  креплени  канатов выполнен в виде Л-образной пружин щей петли, концы которой закреплены в пазах 16 барабана 6 дл  намотки каната. Дл  соединени  двух канатов один из них креп т к элементу 2, а другой закладывают в носок пружин щей петли элемента 3.
