Description
The invention relates to the preparation of iron ore for blast furnace smelting and can be used in sintering sinter.
The aim of the invention is to increase the strength of the fluted agglomerate and reduce fuel consumption during its production.
In the production of fluxed agglomerate according to the proposed method, a pre-granulated mixture is introduced into the sintering mixture before its primary mixing and pelletizing, which intensifies the sintering process, improves the structure and quality of the agglomerate. The mixture also contains MgO at a ratio of 0.1-0.6, which is 2-10 times less than in the known method, and solid fuel, the content of which is 0.5-10% (by: 5, pullover). The high MgO content and the development of reduction processes in the granules of the mixture, caused by the presence of carbon, accelerate the formation of low-melting compounds (with a temperature of less than 1185–1250 ° C) as a result of solid-phase reactions, and

В результате практически вс масса а-глошнхты проходит стадию жидкофазного спекани .The melt has a high reactivity with respect to the mineral particles of iron ore, concentrate and return. As a result, almost the entire mass of the a-gloschht passes through a liquid-phase sintering stage.
A distinctive characteristic of the composition of the mixture is a high CaO / SiOj ratio, equal to 2.5-7.0. This makes it possible to significantly increase the proportion of the ferritic binder in the structure of the agglomerate, and, consequently, to increase its strength and regrowth. Thus, the granules of the mixture containing the main pshakoobrazuyushchy oxides in the proposed ratios become centers of melt formation in the bulk of the agglomerate and provide a high degree of crystallization of the batch of the cake. When used in an agglomerate, manganese ore is added to the mixture in an amount that provides a ratio of SiO A-biO of 2.0-5.0. The method is as follows.
образом.in a way.
The components of the mixture containing iron ore with aluminous rock, any kind of flux and solid fuel, are crushed together in an impact crusher to a particle size less than 1 mm and then granulated in any type of pelletizer. The consumption of the components of the pre-granulated mixture provides these ratios, and the consumption of the mixture itself to the remaining part of the sinter blend is 30-100% of the mass of flux required to obtain the agglomerate of a given basicity.
The method is carried out by sintering the fluxed agglomerate in an agglomeration of solid, comprising a pre-granulated mixture.
In tab. 1 shows the chemical composition of the mixture; in tab. 2 - results specanil.
Compositions of mixture 1 and II were prepared with additives of manganese ore, experience 1 - sintering the mixture with the addition of a pre-granulated mixture with a high content of alumina material, in which the ratio is 10 times greater than in the proposed mixture (known method), experience 2 - mixture without an additive granulated mixture.

Оптимальные соотношени компонентов смеси, обеспечивающие достижение максимального повышени прочности агломерата и значени величины экономии топлива, достигаютс при следую- шу1х пока зател х: Al, 0,16, CaO/SiOj 5,5., SiO p/MnO 2,0,- содержание углерода топлива в смеси 5,0% и расход смеси 100% от массы флюсов, потребных в аглошихту. В качестве флюсов испапьауют известь;The optimum ratios of the components of the mixture, which ensure the maximum increase in the strength of the agglomerate and the value of fuel economy, are achieved with the following: Al, 0.16, CaO / SiOj 5.5., SiO p / MnO 2.0, the content carbon fuel in a mixture of 5.0% and a mixture consumption of 100% by weight of fluxes required for the charge. Lime is used as flux;
