Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to the cable industry, specifically to the production of enamelled wires. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality by increasing the breakdown voltage as a result of ensuring uniformity of the coating and increasing the productivity by the possibility of reducing the number of applied layers. Layers of enamel are repeatedly applied to the surface of the wire and layers of coating of the required thickness are formed by drawing the wire through at least one enamelling gauge arranged successively in the course of its movement, followed by separate curing of the coating layers. The calibers of each pair are affected by forces of equal magnitude and opposite in direction, located in the same plane, perpendicular to the line of movement of the wire in the coverage area. The forces acting on the gauges are formed by encompassing each pair of elastic-elastic material, in a stress state, with pascic. 1 hp f-ly, 3 ill.
