Abstract
The invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to methods of harvesting root crops. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning of root crops from tops. After harvesting the main mass of tops, the tops that remain on smaller root crops are covered with a layer of soil 3 ... 8 days before the root crops are harvested. During this period, the outflow of nutrients from the petioles of the tops to the root crop occurs, the petioles are grafted, their connection with the root crop weakens, and when the root crops pass through the separating and transporting devices of the root machines, the stem stems from the root crops are more fully removed.
Description
The invention relates to agricultural production, in particular to methods of harvesting root crops.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of cleaning root crops from tops.
The method is carried out as follows.
The trimming and harvesting of the tops is carried out using rotary mowers with a bunker, for example, KIR-1.5B. The height of the cut is set so that the highest standing root crops do not exceed 2 cm in length.
Черешки листьев прив дают и снижаетс их сила св зи с корнеплодом .After harvesting the main mass of the tops, the remaining tops of the tops of the tops on the smaller roots are covered with a layer of soil. For this purpose, a cultivator (for example, USMK-5, 4B) is installed on the cultivator, with loose feet, followed by hillocks. When the cultivator passes between the loose legs, the soil layer is loosened, and the hillocks cover the remaining leaves of the foliage remaining on the smaller roots. Powder residues are harvested 3 ... 8 days before harvesting of root crops. The time interval is underestimated from soil moisture. With soil moisture up to 20%, the time interval is 3 ... 5 days; with a higher soil moisture, the time interval increases to 8 days. During this period, the process of photosynthesis is stopped in the soil sprinkled with tops of the foliage, and nutrients are drained from the peeled stalks into the root crop. Leaf petioles graft and their force of communication with the root crop decreases.
Extraction of root crops from the soil is carried out in 3 ... 8 days after powdering the remains of the tops with a layer of soil. To do this, use the existing root crops. Since the connection forces of the stalks of the leaves of the tops are reduced, then when the roots pass through the separating and transporting working organs of the root harvester, they are more fully squeezed and the remains of the tops do not exceed the maximum allowable agro-demands.
Thus, the proposed method of cleaning improves the quality of cleaning.
